Flights,insurance sorted?

 

Well I dont have to worry about flights as I am driving down with my parents for a little road trip. Going to be fun! Insurance I am taking care of this week. Fortunetly my Manitoba Public health will ensure me for up to 6 months after I leave the country for work So long as they think im coming back here afterwards (im not) but what they dont know dont hurt them!

 

I just got the good news! See you all June 9th.

I'm down in Orlando right now, spent the afternoon with disneyjess My brother started this week and seems like the first week is nothing to fret over at all, in case any of you are worried. Having been to the Commons now and went on the first trip to Target/WalMart with him, I'm soo much more excited now lol

 

if u guys have any questions feel free to ask. this will be my second year so ive experienced alot of stuff when it comes to work travel etc

Are most of you arriving on the 8th and staying a night in a hotel?

 

Yes the 7th or the 8th.... Haven't booked a thing yet, but I do plan on going sometime around then. It's not necessary though really, as your first day consists of checking in, watching a 5 minute clip and being given a welcome pack with your key. Get to your apartment and then that's it! Rest of the day is unpacking, shopping, whatever.

 

i think il arrive on the 9th, because disney books the flight for me in the last minute after ive gotten my visa accepted cant wait ... miss the weather so much.. today it cam 32CM of SNOW in Oslo... imagine that ... bah... thought the spring was finally here but nooooooo /cry

 

Im arriving on the 8th, same as daz, so if anyones up for meeting up for pre-disney evening meal, or something?

 

All in one day? The city I live in would probably close lol They're such babies when it comes to snow. They usually don't remove the snow from my street until night, so we're trapped.

I wanna go to Oslooooooo :'( I always have wanted to go since I was a little girl. EPCOT may or may not have something to do with that.
It's overcast in Orlando today and 27 degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to be 31 :'( :'( :'( I am so not looking forward to the sticky humid uncomfortable constant heat this summer. I suppose I have to grin and bear it. :-\

Is is best to get youre internet connection out in Florida?

the apartments that u live in have already internet access... just remember to take with you a TP cabel to connect with !

u can also contact the company to speed up the internet connection but ul figure it out when u get there but yes they already have internet in the apts !

 

ya don't forget your cable wire! I think it's 50$ for three months of faster internet than the normal. I think for everyday things the free is fine, but if you download and/or watch things online a lot you'll probably want the upgrade.
