Don't forget that it's only a stat here in Canada. Memorial Day isn't until next Monday in the US. If you're free on Monday, it would be a great time to call in your travel plans to Disney.

It's crazy... I do this weekly, but I really think it hit me today that I'm leaving home for a year to go to Florida. It's driving me insane. It's both completely exciting and completely scary at the same time. I wouldn't trade it for the world though.

Yeah good point..i forgot that there is no Victoria Day celebration in the states.

I know what you mean about it really sinking in. It was a month yesterday till i fly out of Vancouver and away from everything that i am familiar with. But that is ok cause i love the adventure and i am ready to live the dream.

It's so exciting and nerve-wracking all at once, i still can't believe i'm going to be working for Disney especially with all you wonderful people.

You are sooooo right! I was wondering how I would end up hearing from you, but yeah, my mom and some friend of hers, (your aunt??) kept telling me about some girl who was also going down...that's Winnipeg for you, everyone ends up being connected somehow!
The neatest thing is though, that we start on the same day! What a coincidence! I'm driving, and by the looks of it you're already flying, but I look forward to meeting you down there!

Well you guys I am officially freaking out! Seriously, one minute I'm so happy and excited to be leaving and then the next I'm totally second guessing my decision! It is going to be so hard to leave everything I know, especially when things are going so well here right now. I'm definately not going to back out, it will just be hard to take the plunge. I'm going to be in the commons in 2 weeks from today, and I leave here in like 12 days! WOW! Seems so crazy. Is anyone else totally busy right now? I feel like I have no time for anything! Mayeb that's a good thing though so I don't drive myself crazy by over thinking everything. Can't wait to meet you guys SO soon!

Yeah it really is hard to believe that we started our countdown at 8 months and now we are down to the last couple of weeks. It is coming up really fast for you Chelsea and i am sure that there are a lot of things that you have left to do to keep yourself busy but wow..12 days huh? It is 20 days exactly for me till i fly out and i am in no ways nervous at all.

Don't forget to bring your Canadian colours cause we have to celebrate Canada Day in within 2 weeks after we get there...party!!!!!

Well guys, I officially leave in a week. I had my going away dinner last night and will start my official goodbyes this week. I also started packing which made me really sad! Hope you guys are all doing good. Thanks for bumping the thread sara!

awww Chels i know how u feel, i had my main going away party last week but im slowly saying final goodbyes to friends and family and some people who fit in neither category haha!

i started the packin with tears again today, v weird tryin 2 decide between 3 or 4 pink tops to which u can fit in, yet that stresses me out right now haha

Hey Canadians (and Sara)! Just wanted to say goodbye for now since I am leaving in 24 hours to florida! I am freaking out! Hope everyone has a good flight and I can't wait to meet you in a couple weeks. Time flies eh? I just had to!
