So I got an email saying that they lost my forms and now I have to fill them all out again. I'm so annoyed.

 

No waaaay!!!! It's so annoying to do it once and now doing it twice... pffff
I'm so sorry Louise.. this time, send them on a bright orange envelope.. will see if they lose them again haha

 

i'd sent it by recorded delivery as well so you can prove they've recieved them.

 

Well apparently its UCF that have lost it but it all arrived there because i put my background check in the same envelope and i've got that back. I've got to get photocopies of everything again.

 

that must be so fustrating, keep us up to date on whats happening!

Think that it will all be worth it!!! think of the moment you get off the bus into Chatham/Vista with all ur luggage.. then.. it'll be worth it!!

Im excited!! i finally got my visa appointment for September 26th!! (not sure if i had already told ya) hehe but yeah!! i cant wait!!!

We're only 46 days away from the Disney Experienceee!!! yaaay!

 

we got an email from yummy to say our ds 2019 have started there journey to us, just having to wait for them in the post now - they failed to mention whether they are departing their offices or florida tho . woo hoo.

We've been told our DS2019 have been sent to us and we should receive them in 3 weeks.. but 2 weeks ago I was told the exact same thing.. so.. now im getting anxious, nervous, worried, frustrated... pick one.. or all! hahaha :

 

Yeah I resent my forms a couple of days ago. I just hope they get is all sorted before my visa interview.

I wouldnt worry.. i'm sure they'll speed things up for you since it was their mistake having lost your papers..

Last year i was offered the H2B Program 3 weeks before my arrival date and somehow they managed to send all papers in time for my interview and everything went well... We still have a whole month before ur interview.. i'm sure it will all be fine! dont worry!

Apparently UCF forgot to send me the list and deadline is august 30th.. so now i have to e-mail them about it but i dont have their e-mail.. if you have it, could you please give it to me?? Regarding the DS209 forms Elisa, I e-mailed Yummy last week and was told to ask what 'on their way to us meant' and she said they were on there way to Yummy and then they send them onto us! Basically we wont be getting them just yet lol Fingers crossed.

I have a question for the ppl who are going back to Orlando... do you remember how far Universal was from the Disney complexes?? Believe it or not.. i never got around going to Universal Studios last year.. and this time i wanna go for sure so Im kinda wondering how far is it and if there's a Lynx that goes there or youhave to pay a cab...

Ohh!! and other question.. do you know if ppl working on resorts can work extra hours at Magic Kingdom???

It's not too far. I think it took about 20 mins. I went twice. You can get a bus but we got a taxi. It didn't cost much each since the taxi was full. About $5 each or something.

As far as I know you can pick up extra hours anywhere as long as you have been trained in the area where you want to work.
