J1 College Academic Program (Hospitality Management) arriving Oct 7th

Question for the guys regarding the 157 form: Not sure if you guys are having the same prob as me but I can not for the life of me fit more than about 1 line into the address box for previous employer. The only 2 options I can think of are to 1) Hand write it or 2) Add an additional page. When it says additional page tho does that just mean a blank piece of A4 or something else? Damn thing is doing my nut! AHHHH. Help VERY much appreciated ???

2 quick DS- 156 questions.

1) Box 12 asks for National ID number if applicable I think I remember something about us putting out Nat Insurance numbers there, is that what you guys have done?

2) Box 32 I think is where they ask if you intend to work in the US and then the next question is Do you intend to study, I know Kristen e-mailed us a word doc with the answer for these 2 in but it says on the 156 that the answers must include the COMPLETE address of the places and we havent been given these, did you guys just copy and paste what Kristen gave us?

Imagine how excited we are going to be this time next month! lol We will be flying in the morning! How cool is that!

 

Hi guys, Just recieved my DS-2019 today and it doesnt have my middle name on, is it the same situation for you guys?

It probably doesn't matter. At least you've got your DS form. I got an email saying the rest have been delayed.

 

i got that email to louise, i gonna ring yummy on monday cos quite concerned as i can't afford to reshedule as it costed me enough tpo arrange to get to london for the one i have plus i need to pay my servis no later than a week on Monday

 

Yup.. my DS2019 doesnt have my middle name either.. I e-mailed the PA and she said it was okay and it sort of calms me down to see that everyone's having the same issue cuz then it means it's not just me hahaha!!!

So girls.. whatever happenned??? with your documents?? will they finally send them to you soon??

 

I got an email saying that they haven't got them yet so we need to reschedule our visa appointments. So i'm not happy. Hopefully I will still be able to get an appointment in time.

 

For those who have your 2019's how many letters did you get in the pack from UCF? I have 2 but others only have 1 lol. I have one with October starter group on it, from Michele Verway, and then another with my name on with a list of course options!

Only problem Im having is on the second letter (the one with my name on) is that as the bottom it says 'we look forward to seeing you in July'!!!!!!

So do any of you guys actually have this second letter and if so does it same that same July comment at the bottom?

Any info much appreciated!

 

It's prob just that they forgot to change the month from the people that went in july. I wouldn't worry too much.

 

Basically UCF ran out of DS-2019 before they got to issuing ours. On the upside, Yummy Jobs have told us today that they have got more in stock and are doing them today and they will be shiped either tonight or tomorrow morning!

 

Oh wow!!! I hope you havent rescheduled your appointments already cuz then i'd be really pissed off!!! hehe...

Has anyone payed for the SEVIS?? im a little confused whenit comes to it and have been putting it off for days..

 

Yeah I have managed to reschedule my appointment for the 25th which should be enough time. I looked at the sevis stuff and it looks like you just fill in a form online and pay it.
