Not sure if i should give them a call and find out why i was rejected, i have the customer services and toursim stuff already lol (i did a bloody course on them in college) guess i am just not mad enough

Hey i agree with Izzy, Martyn - it cant harm to ask why. Particularly if you have a job in customer service. Theres a lot of people down for interview in Feb and its quite competitive so it could be the late thing - maybe they only have one or two spaces left and are being extra selective - in which case if you reapplied you might stand more chance of getting through.
