Id just like to add on to what I said before, this is not intended to put people off working for HRC, indeed the opposite. It is to highlight the differences between HRC and Disney programs. Working for HRC, despite the differences is an excellent experience, and one I probrably would not have traded for working for disney. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons considerably.

    There are some huge advantages:

HRC is a small team, giving you a group to interact with socially as well as at work.

HRC at the end of the day is paid more per hour.

HRC is often very very flexible with days off, I was lucky enough to be accomodated requesting 3 and 4 days off a week (!).

HRC is a very human organisation to work for, and has a much higher management:staff average than disney, meaning that you can express your opinion up the chain easier.

I, however will still be going!! at the end of the day, we will still be working for disney and I am not just going for the free disney passes!!! i think working for a small team will be good and as u said will have an amazing experience.

I did the IP in 2003 - 2004 and then worked in HRC 2004 - 2006 on a different program. They are both awesome opportunites and there is pros and cons to both jobs, but the pro's totally win on both.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

It's an experience of a lifetime and you will have a blast!
