    Wow I didn't hear about her sueing someone. I don't really like that either :-\

    I don't think she'd go as far to sue someone who writes fan fiction. she's said in interviews she enjoys reading fan fiction and fully supports it. if someone could find that interview, she wouldn't have the slightest case. The reason she sued the fan for publishing the book is because they are making money off of something that they don't have rights too. no one makes money off of fanfiction so its all legit!

    Oh so they actually published it?? I don't think they should be allowed to do that so I think JK's in the right if that's the case. I also read an interview where she said she liked fan fiction, I like it too ;D

    The book was printed and ready for the stores, but JK only just managed to stop them from selling it. I fully support her! It would've been okay for that person to publish it if they had JK's support first! The person she sued is the same person who made the harry potter lexicon online. The book is pretty much the same I think.

    yea, I fully support JK.... just so long as Fanfiction doesn't go anywhere!!! lol has any body else written stuff? if so where?

    I have! Some of it is absolute rubbish, but I have a few one shots that even make myself cry! Which is kind of weird lol. One of my favourite ones isn't finished...but it'll have to wait until I have time!

    I must admit I'm a bit of a Dramione shipper :p I don't know why, it just fascinates me! And I love to read stories where Draco turns out to be a good guy in the end...

    JK is sueing because she wants to release a similar book that she is stopping from being released thats already been made and printed. She just wants to make more money. Whats the problem with someone releasing a Harry Potter "Encyclopedia" basically. Ridiculous it seems to me.
