Halifax,Montreal,Toronto F2F Interviews April 10-12

Did they tell you guys what types of positions are still available?

 

There is F@b Med and the movie i said f@b my background is that and by the looks of it many people get in there i also siad i can start a.s.a.p but when they asked about if you speak differnt laugenges i said only engish hope that does not hurt my changes but we will see keeping my mickey fingers crossed

 

What is everyone else going for? I said whatever is available, but also put f&b as my #1...I also said I'd be available as soon as possible too! (well not so much said, but put down on the application form...i think beside the big blue box?)
and yes...my plan is to wait the specified two weeks...then till the end of the month...if we don't hear by then...i say we start a mass cast-a-way calling movement!

 

LOL In the Blue box that was crasy I say wait till after the mouth and we wait and see what happens

 

Yeah they do usually call, but they sent an e-mail last year too. I found out by e-mail first coz I checked it while I was at school and then I found out that they had called later when I had gotten home... either way... it's like Christmas, but like 10 millions times better!

 

Oooh the waiting game is tough, nearly drove me mad because they never told us how long it would be until we heard back (for the Vancouver interviews). They sent us an email to say we were accepted, and then we had to call them for more info about background checks, visas etc. Good luck everyone!!

What do you guys think are chagnes are of getting in to the program i bet they are good.

 

I'm not sure, they never did say...I totally meant to ask, but I forgot to write it down as one of my questions, so I got too over excited and forgot...I would assume at least half of the people for each interview...but in all reality, I have NO idea, that is purely a guess....congrats Andrea, what position are you doing?

 

Well when we hear back from them we will have to set up dates so we can all get togther and have some fun at the parks.

 

Yeah last year they told us it'd be 3 weeks and NO ONE (or very few people) heard anything before the 3 weeks were up... then we ALL started calling (they stopped answering lol people just got the machine).

well I totally had a dream that I was checking my e-mail too...and then I had a dream that I won a trip to Disney, but I had to sign on to some strange website and I couldn't figure it out so I lost it....then I got recruited to work at Universal? what in the world does that mean ???

On a side note...I DO hope that Cast-a-way/Disney gets the urge to make a decision before two weeks is up! (I'm trying to stay sooooooooo positive!!)

 

i'm trying to stay postive too .... im at work right now ... and all i can think about is the job.... ohhh how i want it a lot... anyways hope you all are keeping busy too .... im trying too lol...

I forgat to ask how did everyone's interview go my went well i was asked about my country why i chose f@b which is my background lol. and what is great about where i come from. I also ask kim a few questions about training and shifts we can expect to work lol.

 

I think mine went really well too...I had mine with Linz and Ellen (hey girls!!) and we had ours with Pam (uber nice!) and she all asked us questions about living with roomates...our various worldly travels, what we like about being canadian (I kinda jumbled that one up...but i think it was okay!) I think work experience...that might be it! we randomly spoke about the difference between farenheit and celsius, cuba and thier white knuckle landing into Toronto.
Also,we asked questions regarding references (which disney doesn't provide?) and about visa's...so overall I think it went really well...how did everyone else's go?

I think the interview went well too...she definitely loved your picture!!!!! haha...minus the fact that she called me theresa :S haha Prolly not a good sign!! Anyways, Im staying positive and hoping that the next two weeks dont go by too slowly!!!
