While I was out there we had real staffing problems in merch. For a while we were rediculously understaffed for a variety of reasons (people leaving early, people not showing up at all, people being delayed etc.). Management were obviously concerned and were trying to figure out the reasons behinde problems. My personal opinion is that it was just "bad luck" that so many things happened at once and that culminated in a rather large mountain resulting from a few small molehills. Annnnnyway, back to the point, management looked to the boards here as perhaps a reason for people pulling out. At the time, there were a few rather negative posts about the situation out there in reguards to staffing and hours etc. Disney Management were concerned that new arrivals were reading these posts and, as a consequence, pulling out of the program at the last minute. A few of us were asked what we knew about the boards and to give our opinions. So they are aware and I'd bet any money that they are monitoring it. They'd be crazy not to. Where else can a company get so much info. about it's future, present and even past, employees? Ona x
well there gotta be a good point to management reading this, they are able to see that all of us that post really wanna work out there so much!!!! and well just maybe they may put in a little word for us lol!!!!
yeah and also they're seeing our true personalities, which I'd imagine often they'll never see othwise! Luckily for us we're all loveable, well adjusted, friendly individuals!hehehe! x
i thought they knew all the long anyway!!!! i remember hearing that they dont recommend us as applicants to read to much into things we see on here as obviously its not standardised, official info...i mean r they gonna advertise ppl mite get *raped* in the job!!! someone said that in the bad boys n girsl topic by the way peeps ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im not making that up lol
Yeah Emma, I was shocked about that too! But not for the same reason... Its so easy to get laid in the Commons I didn't think rape was necessary, LOL... I guess that guy must've been extremely weird, fat or ugly...
