Kevus you havent realised but you have just given the answer and it doesnt seem you meant to give that as an answer, lmao. Your go!
Legally Blonde is a marvellous musical...slightly different from the film and the score is brilliant! The choreography was to a very high standard...as was the cast. It certainly appeals to the 12 plus audience and is getting younger people to go to the theatre, which is always a good thing. It's coming to London soon and I can't wait! I never saw LotR but I heard it ran very fast and it helped having read the books or seen the films so you could fill in the gaps. However, brilliant cast (Laura Michelle Kelly played Galadriel; she was the original Mary Poppins in the musical) and the vocals are fab. It did quite a good run here, though it failed in previews in Toronto.
I watched a documentary on it, it looks amazing, the choreography is very hard with the very mechanical stage which moves a lot. But it appears to be very dark from what i saw!
according to the lotr musical web site plans are at an advanced stage for a German-speaking production to open in Cologne, in December 2009 and for 2010, The Lord of the Rings creative team is developing a touring version of the show, flexible enough to tour across the world while retaining the unique, thrilling and spectacular theatrical magic of the original London Production.
Legally blonde is amazing! I watched on youtube then went and saw it on broadway and watched it a couple more times on the internet... then some amazing person I know who is great with computers downloaded it and I have watched it 3 times since then (a couple of weeks ago)
I can't say because it is the same title... the play was very controversial (and I think banned) but the musical won a ton of Tony awards
Not the producers or about the war. The play was first performed in 1906. Takes place in Germany in the 1890's. Very sexual and graphic.
