If i remember rightly though, social security only takes up like 80% of the day..i think you have to fill forms in or something on the morning..

I think last year, we did social security in the morning and meetings/form signings at the commons in the afteroon, and and the other half did the forms in the morning and social security in the afternoon

    Yeah..its that bad!

Although its annoying..we were the first bus there and i was the third last person to get my social security number! I was well pissed off!!

And as soon as your whole bus is done you can go..so there was people that got done in an hour..and we had to sit around it rain and thunder until we could get ours!

Oh well..i hopefully won't have to do it again..

Yeah you shouldn't have to do it again if you have one (dosn't make sense) just like if you've done Traditions in the past year you don't have to do it again either. (You get your ID earlier than everyone else as well).

I've just found the pink sheet you get on your first day at disney..

Because i remember someone was asking about why you don't get paid for ages..

This is what i did my first 5 days at Walt Disney World..

    Sunday June 25th..

    Landed In Florida..
Checked in and got this pink sheet..
Unpacked and went straight to sleep after hours of travelling and a hangover still from the night before!

    Monday June 26th..
    Got the shuttle to vista..
Had breakfast, all provided by disney!
Health services, cast portal & disney look image..
Then got another shuttle to the commons..
    Social security application & photocopies..
    Housing discussion with price management..
After all this was finished at around 2pm..
We got the bus to to walmart to go shopping

    Tuesday June 27th..
(If your a lifeguard you have your swimming test at mickeys retreat at 7.30am)
If not..you walk over to the commons..
You signed some more random forms..
Then had a meeting with the vista way credit union (sign up for your bank account)
Then you have lunch at the outlet mall..
Then its that beautiful trip to Social Security! As i mentioned before, this can be anywhere from half an hour to 3 hours!
After this your finished though..prime for a night out really!

    Wednesday June 28th..
    DAY OFF!!
I went to Universal Studio's on this day..about 20 of us got a mini bus!

    Thursday June 29th..
Got the shuttle to disney university..
And we had the wonderful class that was Traditions for the wonderful 8 hour class that it is!

    Friday June 30th..
    Day off again..
I can't really remember the next week to be honest..But alls i remember between now and the next friday is that i worked 5 shifts..
One was a tour around magic kingdom..
Another was a tour around all the costuming departments..
The slave shops..erm..i mean factories ;) where they wash and iron all the costumes etc..and various other costuming locations..
Next 3 shifts were Training shifts..

So as you can expect..i obviously only got paid for my traditions shift in my first pay packet..Which was the first thursday 6th june..I got about $36 for what i can remember on this day..

So i actually technically didn't really get a proper wage until 18 days into my stay at disney..and you've also gotta remember that when you get this wage you get two weeks rent taken off this, because you didn't earn enough from traditions the first week..

So say you only work around 30 hours in your first week..because your don't really work that much..so if you'll only come out with around $60 in this pay packet (obviously this varies depending on the different roles your working in)

So basically all in all to sum it up i didn't really get my first actual proper full wage until approximately 25 days into my program..From what i can remember tho though...it was around $170 though..which is pretty good i would say..
In all honesty though..i managed comfortably for them 25 days..i only took $800(£400 at the time) with me as well..

This is the experience i had for my first 3 weeks wages wise anyway..Any questions just ask..

I've heard of that kitty o'sheas..Whats that like? Apparently i heard that jungle jims is still open and it was just a rumour that it was shut down..

I used to go out to PI, Jungle Jims, Bennigans(not for a night out tho, didn't no it had one!) and club paris..

Could of gone other places but just didn't really..as i used to love jungle jims and PI and club paris were always a good night..
