the only ride thats really knocked me to pot as mission: space. that really plays with your head!! i can't wait to jump back on it...its actually too awesome for words.
I went on Mission Space a few months after it opened and hadn't been tamed down. Let's just say, never again. I'll do the green side! But, it spins...I can't even ride the teacups without feeling really ill. Unless you stop them from spinning of course! Mission Space is an awesome ride, and if you haven't been on it I'd recommend the orange side, because it is fun...it just gave me a headache all day and I couldn't enjoy myself....I'd rather play Mission Space Race!
I thot it was a bit strange - I chose spinning and u dont actually spin round as such so I dont get it lol! U just feel more pressure as u are 'taking off' its a weird sensation lol... X
yeh it really messes with your head. sometimes you can't reach out to grab the controller or push the buttons because of the the pressure. or is it the lack of it?? i'm not good with physics!
Believe me you were spinning. It's not teacups spinning, it's the same idea as when you have a bucket of water and start spinning it around. The water stays in the bucket. Well on Mission Space YOU are the water in the bucket.
It's between space mountain and splash mountain....I would say splash mountain just edges it, did splash 5 times and space mountain 7 times on my last day in disney
i love space mountain, i took my neice to WDW for the first time (shes 7) and i was worried she would hate space mountain... she ended up loving it and asked to go on it agin and again and again... we even managed to ride it with its lights on as we were the last riders...
I'm gutted I didn't get to ride Space with the lights on...I was there for a year and not once! I did however get to ride RnRC with the lights on...that was awesome!
You could do Spaceship Earth...but obviosuly that's down for refurb so you can't. I don't know of any others....I think there's a Great Movie Ride one!
yeah space is fantastic with the lights on, but im very jealous i haveny done RnRC with them on yet!!! is there a great movie ride tour??
in Paris its the haunted masion picking the skeletons noses at the end is such fun in Orlando its soarin
Ohh this is a difficult one.. I love RnRC in MGM.. and The Tower of Terror - its absolutely amazing going on it in the dark Magic Kingdom - would have to say Space Mountain just edged it over Splash & the new(ish) 3D show Mickey's Phillamagic is brilliant Epcot - have to say I wasn't too fond of mission: space - came off feeling very ropey and a bit woozy after Soarin' Still love Test Track tho. Animal Kindgom - Everest is a wicked new ride, gets you a bit shook up but the whole going backwards was fab! And definately go see the New Nemo Musical - classic disney brilliance. I don't think I can narrow it down much more than that!! xx
I would have to say Tower of Terror is my favourite ride overall. But i love Splash Mountain and RnRC.
