Hey Everyone, just on the agonising wait to see if i get a f2f interview after having my phone interview, if I get through will be starting in September. Does anyone have previous experience of the London f2f interviews just so i have an idea of what to expect, p.s feel free to add me on facebook my name is Adam robinson and my pic is with me next to a snowman lol!!!!!!
Hi Adam, I was at the last round of f2fs in London (got wait listed) and hope to be there again this time around. Ask away! I'll add you! ;D
Ooh lol I just realised you did ask 'what to expect' so here goes: You need to get to the Disney HQ in Hammersmith (or wherever it is) for 8.30am, where you register and have to fill in some forms. Then you go in to a presentation where they explain all about the programme. At the end they ask questions and you get prizes for answering them! Then they read out a list of interview times. You interview in pairs, based on how far you've had to travel (so if you've come from Scotland you go first). Then you can either hang around or go off for lunch etc to pass the time til your interview. You also need to have your forms checked and your ID. The actual interview is with a Disney recruiter and maybe lasts for 10/15 mins. They ask one person all of their questions first and then the other one. When you've done that you're free to go! You should definately allow to spend the whole day there and a lot of people stay overnight the night before so they can be there on time. Last time a group of us met up the night before so we knew each other. This is really useful, as you are watched all of the time you are there by the Yummy people to see how you get on with others!! You have to dress smartly ie a suit etc. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
'tis indeed. Guess you worked together at R&C. She's a flight attendant now and just got back from Orlando today actually!
