That's the thing... I'm terrible at getting up in the mornings- but once I'm up, I'm up if you get what I mean?! lol
I'll have to find out how much a train ticket is.. I live just outside Brighton so it's about an hour an a half away from London Victoria. And I have been to the office before so hopefully wouldn't get lost!
If the train is going to be a ridiculous price then I would look into a room share and then I would get to meet all you lovely people the night before :)

With the interviews we are obviously given that list of paperwork we need to bring, do they not need to check education qualifications? or want to check our work background?

Just because I'll need to ring up my last job as the managers have been moved around apparently & I don't to be chasing on the interview day to find my various managers as its a huge company with offices all over the country & I know exactly how much of a pain in the arse it is to track people. Plus I'll need to find my "record of achievement" oooh eeer.

But if they dont care about all that jazz then all the better!!

    Cheers.

We need to fill in that online application form thingie. That has questions about education and past employment history and stuff. Not sure that you need to actually find proof of it though. God knows where my GCSE and A Level certificates have gone - don't think anyone ever wants to see them!

Hello all! I've been lurking for the past few weeks but didn't want to post in case I jinxed my chances, as I thought I had no chance of getting anything.

Then everyone else had a great phone interview and said how easy they were... I thought my answers were awful and have spent the last couple of weeks wishing I said different things. Really didn't have much hope.

I so empathise with everyone here, I've never known a wait like that in my life, it was unbearable! I was reading here about 5 times a day, checking my email even more...

But then today the magic email arrived! Interview on the 1st!!! At about 4.30, just like everyone was saying. How did you guys know they were going to send them out then, lol good work!

Anyway congrats to those who got them, commiserations to those who didn't, and looking forward to meeting everyone at the F2Fs, and maybe even in Orlando if we're really lucky!

BTW I live in London so will post some tips over the next few days (cheap accomodation etc.) for the out of towners, but gonna recover first! So excited!

    Congratulations to you BrerJon!!

Is it your first time applying?

Thanks, that would be really usefull. I have a 3-4 hour journey on the train, providing there's no connection changes.

Hi BrerJon congrats on the interview!

Has anyone tried to fill in the online application form yet? It froze for me after inputting employer 1 and wouldn't let me go further or back so I gave up for now. Has anyone else managed to do it or had similar problems?

Heya are you sure you have the right holiday inn? According to google directions, if you put in the post code of the park royal and the post code of the Disney officesthe park royal is over an hour away on foot. It's the holiday inn express hammersmith that is only 15 mins away :)
I could be wrong though, would be great if we could get something that close for that cheap!

Hi Mikey! Congrats on the interview!

Gary I'm just glad you didn't already book it! That would be a nightmare! I've gotta be honest I've looked around and the nearest I can find within walking distance is the holiday inn express hammersmith. It's £108 so I think I'm going to leave it till the last minute if I do decide to stay there because I really need to save up for the train tickets first!

    Hey mikey, congratulations :)

Just a thought guys, I've had a look at hotels and hostels and have found one which looks pretty decent for people strapped for cash (like me lol) it's st.Christopher inns in hammersmith. It's only a 4 min walk away from the offices (coca colas offices are around there too apparently)

Failin that the cheapest hotel I found was also £102 :/

On the subject of hotels, I found a cute little 2* place called The Plaza. 2 night stay for 2 people (my and my bf - he's coming to support me) for £90. It's basically just a B&B, but that's all we really need.

If anyone else happens to have found it, and is staying there, do let me know!!!
