F2F Canada Interviews

I loved the "you got the job" phone call! I was so beyond overwhelmed! My mom and I cried like babies and blasted Disney music in the house - and then I called everyone I knew lol!

 

Yup, it's one of those moments you'll never forget!

 

You feel just ecstatic!! ;D

 

I was in class too when I got the call, but at the time I had a land line and I gave them that number. So I was at school, just randomly checking my e-mail and I saw there was a message saying I had been accepted! Then like 10 minutes later, one of my roomates called me and told me about the message! I was so ecstatic I got home as soon as I could and celebrated with my friends! It was awesome!

Here's to all of us receiving a similar call in the next few months!

Me too! It's taking all of my strength not to email Kristen! AGH.

 

I want a date so I can start preparing my outfit and just having a date will make me feel a little more sane! The more I think about it and roll it around in my head the more nervous I get! lol!

 

I really want a date so that I can make travelling plans and book it off of work. They need three weeks notice, so... It's making me kind of nervous.

 

well i'm sure we'll find out soonish! I think they're aiming for mid-october, so that'll give you plently hopefully. Maybe just in case maybe mention to a manager or something that something is coming down the pipe but your not sure exactly when you'll know. That way then they might be more understanding of giving you the time

 

Yep, I actually already told them. But I'm still nervous about it. I worry about EVERYTHING. Haha. I'm so excited to go shopping for my outfit!

 

lol! I'm a worrier too trust me!!! It's all consuming!! Gah!

I am also excited to shop for an outfit!!!! eeeep! I just want this whole interview process to be perfect!!!

 

It is all consuming! At least this new job has been distracting me!

I can't wait to get my paycheck so I can start looking around! I'm so excited!

But ya I need to make some moola so I can start scoping out stuff! Although I already have a picture in my head of what I want I think

 

That's good! I'm thinking I'll wear pants because I'll be more comfortable like that. But I keep changing my mind. Hahaha. I wish I could just go shopping now!

 

I think i'm gonna do something like a skirt and a jacket - but I change my mind all the time too!

I just applied for a position I am from Toronto area, anyone else here from near there?

Just a question but does anyone know exactly how long these contracts are? I saw it said up to 12 months or something but it depends on the position. I am super excited

 

The CRP is for a year. I'm from BC, but there are LOTS of people on here from Ontario!
