black enclosed shoes - if your in f&b then they need to be non slip - used to be able to wear lace ups but they started saying you couldnt wear them towards the end of my programme

For Canada.. f&b wearings black non slip shoe polishable shoes. Attractions & Merch wears Hiking boots.. tan colour.
For Uk, f&b same as Canada.. and for merch.. i think they're just black. They usually wear similar ones.

I had crappppppy wal mart shoes my whole contract (wore through a few pairs) and would always have sore feet..at the end of my last shift i threw my shoes in the dumpster and it was such a great moment.

When I got back to Canada before I started a new serving job my mum took me to buy new work shoes and insisted i get SAS shoes. They were kinda super pricey (185$) but I've been wearing them at least 5 days a week for the past almost year and they still look new and are soo comfy! They didn't need breaking in, they never gave me blisters (knock on wood) and seem like they will last forever. It's a lot of money for work shoes, but it's been worth it, hopefully I'll get to bring them down with me !
