That's exactly how I feel. But then you may get a wellness roomate who brings alcohol into the apartment when you're not allowed and then you all get in trouble unless they own up. It's a really tough decision lol. I was lucky with my roomates last time...and I told them outright I'd have no hesitations in reporting them if I found alcohol. I paid far too much and worked too hard to be termed!

Im thinking non-wellness then i dont have to stress about the booze rules.
Im up for the odd drink - im not a raving alcoholic but i can drink a fair bit and am told im far more funny when drunk :-\
It will be great, im looking forward to visiting the parks, the nice weather and getting back into something operational on the front line - it will be a far cry from my current job 'administrating'!

i think most people are funnier when they're drunk, but in a 'laugh at you' rather than 'laugh with you' way. the only exceptions are those that cry/get violent/do something to make themselves a liability. they're just downright annoying! heh

 

I have been thinking the same thing. Especially since I have really bad luck with housemates I am terrified of what it is going to be like when I actually have to share a room. I don't think I will request a wellness because I don't want that chance to be termed.

 

I'm sorta an in-between... I am looking forward to the parties and the occasional bevvy etc., but I do like my quiet me time. I'm definitely going for a non-wellness apartment, though, cos I don't want to risk termination!

 

I would be really disappointed with a wellness apartment, the idea of not being allowed to enjoy a cold beer after a hard day's work doesn't appeal!

 

i love to have alcohol just in, incase i wanna chill with a beer or a wine after work, i'm the same as stu, I'd be gutted if i was in a wellness.

I like a nice glass or two of wine when I'm having a dvd night to go along with my choccie (Moulin Rouge + Shiraz = What I imagine being on drugs feels like! LOL!) So yes, I would miss nice chillaxing drinks as well in a wellness apartment.

depends on if you ask the sensitive (and normal) part of me, or if you ask the aggressive student inside me heh neh shandies are tasty. as long as it's a pint!

 

Maybe i will acquire the taste for non-watered down beer when im out there!
I love those signature red cups all the guys drink out of in the apartments, like the ones you see in all those teen movies!

As if i wasnt thinking about Disney enough, i just watched High School Musical 2 on tv!

 

Excellent there is going to be some fun here! I am definatly going to be going to a non-welness appartment, the urge to have wine is just too much when I am chilling out by a pool lol.

Do you think they will be doing Kareoke?......I really hope they do! lol. Or can we all find a bar that does....I likes a good sing song! lol

...You can tell I have also been watching High School Musical 2, Disney is on the brain and the excitement level is at the high point again yeeeeeeeeeeeeha! I am so looking forward to meeting you guys ;D

 

I plan to get myself a Playstation so we could always pick up some Singstar games or Rock Band on the cheap. Add that to some drinks at the apartments and i think we have a party.lol

I have all the HSM backing tracks so plenty of karaoke there.....I have tons of Disney ones too!
