hehe sounds exciting! i always liked thunder/lightning storms. but i'm hoping to catch some rays too lol

 

hahahah obviously!!!!

cause there is a pool at the apartment place, and does mickey's retreat have a beach?!


AND can you say road trip to the bazillion beaches all around!

 

There's a beach at Mickey's Retreat, but you're not allowed to swim there. But there's also two pools

In the summer you can set your watch after the weather. Everyday aroudn 3-4ish pm there's about 30mins of heavy rain. But as soon as it came it's gone and the sun is back like nothing ever happened

 

haha that's weird. imagine laying on the beach or by the pool and it starts pouring lol. i'm going to bring a big beach umbrella if i go haha.

 

ahahahh that will the umbrella will be one of those things that i buy there! there is no way i can fit my life into a suitcase!!!!!!!!

 

aaah, the thunder/lightningstorms there are great fun. Not for those struck by lightning of course, but for us spectators, oh yes... look forward to them...

The day I was scheduled for Discovery Day, one of the worst hurricanes to ever hit wdw arrived, so Discovery Day was cancelled... :'( ... and they actually closed the parks.. which I believe they've done all of two times since they opened

 

does the power ever go out during storms? that's the one thing i really hate about storms, although i guess it could be fun lighting a bunch of candles and telling ghost stories or something lol

 

not that I can remember, no... the power was always going strong

 

I don't think the power ever was out because of thunderstorms. But it was out for some hours at Commons once. We got bored so we went to Wallmart to do some in the middle of the night sopping

 

When we were in City Walk in 2004 lightning hit one of the rods then and even then the electricity didn't go out apart from a moment just as the lightning hit the building.

OMG B.C. party!!!! are we all going at the same time? maybe we will go on the same flight

 

well it all depends on if we get asked to the same interviews and are then hired for the same dates....lots of ppl with the same start dates organize it so that they're on the same flight. which would be really fun ;D

 

that would be really cool, and really comforting too!!!

 

yeah it would be. i think people just get each others e-mails and/or facebooks at the interviews and stuff or i think yummy jobs can give you a list, not sure though.

so mousefreak i guess you'd be going to YVR right?

 

correct correct so if we go at the same time hopefully same flight and we can sit together it would be really comforting to know someone else

 

yeah it would be for sure. i'm fine flying alone but getting off in a strange airport and stuff might be a little freaky lol. it'll give you someone to talk to if there's no movie playing haha

I know I'd be kind of nervous taking a cab alone. Haha I sound like a little kid
