Its wet heat there isn't it, when i've been there you always end up sweating, but Vegas is completely dry heat so its just unbearbly hot, i wanna work in Sea World as a trainer, then you just swim all day long, haha
Haha! Surely you get used to it after a while though? I was in Vietnam at the same sort of time last year, and for the first week I couldn't stand the heat, and hated the whole being covered in sweat the whole time thing, but after that it was fine and I was just wondering around in trousers. So *fingers crossed* it'll be similar over there? Right..? That said, we didn't really give a damn about how we looked so we probably were sweating and looked disgusting, just didn't notice it! Whereas at Disney that's not really an option!
Well noone looks stunning in their costumes do they? I've yet to see an attractive CM after 8 hours in the sun, haha
Hahaha, very true! And I can imagine it takes a special CM to look attractive before that in those costumes too
Oh come on, plaid? I'm totally bringing plaid back. I can't wait to get into my lumberjack costume and start a new trend
Took me a month-6 weeks last time (arrived in June/July)... Whatever you do if you can wait to visit Animal Kingdom, hottest/muggiest place on property (because of the jungle like envrionment. If you can wait until September or so when the crowds die down and the heat starts to cool off (obviously this isn't an option for summer people).
Got a few friends on the ICP that have just started in the AK Lodge on the front desk, they love it, but damn they think its muggy there, so they can sure see where your coming from! Spent one or 2 days in AK before and loved it, not been for some time tho, take a mosquito net,lol
While MK is great, there was something about it that was slightly disappointing... I think I prefer a lot of the French one, it has a slightly more magical atmosphere to it I think... But I still love it! Spent most of my time in Universal the one time I was over though, so looking forward to exploring the other parks properly!
Yeah i'm hopin to do the Paris one this New Years Eve coming, spent it there a few years back and it was truly amazing, it snowed as well, just to make it perfect!
Ack! So jealous! Disney World in America is just as unlikely a place to visit as Disney Paris. We need a Disney up here! Grr! I wonder if Disney Paris runs international programs? Maybe that's something I should look into for after WDW :O I'd jump at the chance to travel even more and practice my french!

I hear you can get around it by going into Entertainment and being "friends" with a fur character. Not sure how true this is but I've heard if you're french isn't good thats your option.
