Just to throw in another tidbit about the discount at TDS in North America....

As a former TDS CM, just left in January after more than 7 yrs, the discount is now 30%. That's what all NA TDS CMs get now. It's a little bit of a touchy subject in the stores now since TDS was sold to The Children's Place. WDC CMs still get a discount in the stores, but TDS CMs no longer get merchandise or hotel discounts at WDW. TDS CMs can call ahead twice a yr and get 3 day passes. The exception to this is the Disney Store in NYC that was purchased by WDW. Regular CM discounts apply there.
