Its made me think this when your Under 21 you cant touch alcohol over there ... howvere there is a grey line, as i know a guys who is working there at the moment ???
Hey guys....... I am older then 25 and I doubt that it will ever matter about age. I cetainly DO NOT look my age and have many people respond to me that I look 25!! I have applied and you will find me to be in the VERY BEST of both worlds, old enough to know better but young enough to know I GOTTA DO IT!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAH Cheers to ya'll and good luck!!

I very much doubt that there is such a thing as too old for Disney. I know one of the permenante CM's has great-grandchildren and has worked for Disney since before anyone can remember, so I wouldn't think 40 is too much of a problem I hope I still keep my tiara as oldest princess though.... I'm going to super glue it to my head I think.
