think it's something with their genes, .. they naturally find it better to walt around wearing nothing but their birth suit, than to let other people live in harmony

Oh, air conditioning wars... that will be fun. I can usually handle it when it's "warm" (I always freeze when my dads puts the air conditioning too high) but I'm sure that my definition of warm will not be the same as people from other countries, lol.

No, warm for a Norwegian is about 15 degrees.
Warm for a frenchy is "heat stroke"

Yeah, the interviewer I had wondered why I had lived som many places. I was brutally honest and said it was because of the people.. one of them being a damn french fry

Wow, bordering on being very insensitive about peoples nationalities! Nice.

I'm definitely not African or French but I like being warm. In summer I usually wear at least one sweater/hoody/cardigan. I go to Egypt once a year where it's 35C by 10am and find that to be just the right t-shirt weather. This is why it worries me so much. I can't stand the feel of air con. The friend I go on holiday with likes the room to feel like a fridge. Luckily we managed to compromise so the room felt cool and I turned it off when she wasn't in. She turned it up when I wasn't in. It worked ok for the two weeks we're out there.

Yeah it's all about compromise :) I don't really mind if my roomates want different temps than me (as long as it's not extreme cold or hot ;)) but I'm not really planning on being in my room too much anyway hehe I'd rather be at the parks (or work lol) ;D
