Disney not picking folks up anymore.

Yeah I haven't even had my f2f interview yet and I'm mapquesting directions from the airport to WDW, trying to find bus times, looking at flights, planning what to bring etc. LOL but I guess it's better to be prepared.
I'm hoping (IF I get the job) that I'll meet some ppl at the interviews and on here that are going on the same day and we can organize going together. If not well it'll be an experience lol, and I'm sure it's not that difficult.

 

So I was looking at the Orlando Airport website and there's a list of popular destinations near the airport and a list of prices for how to get there. Disney-Maingate is one of them and WDW. I'm guessing it's WDW we have to go to not the maingate. The price list is here:

You'll end up having to go to one of the apartment complexes, which are just outside WDW (pretty much opposite DTD; in that general direction anyway.) Most car/taxi companies will know where they all are because they have to go there so often!

 

The easiest thing to do is to just get Mears Transportation to bring you. They know exactly where all of the complexes are (they're listed as destination options when you're booking!), and I think it's about $20 per person from the airport, which is much cheaper than the $50-$60 you'd pay for a taxi.

 

Couldn't have said it better myself! I've used Mears before and they're really good. And yeah, a one way trip is $20....hasn't changed in two years!
