You won't even notice they're looking! They don't take you into a side room lol.

Yeah they check you over, you just form a line and they check you individually. Its fine though, nothing to worry about, they aren't mean or anything, lol.

It is just a protocol to take the roots
    of Disney guest service.

I remember using a suit and tie.
But some guys just wore suit pants, a shirt and a neat elegante sweater. and a tie.

For girls, a skirt, a nice blouse, nice make up, and closed shoes
    are fine.

Dont worry, they are not that strict.

    Honestly they aren't that strict.
Don't wear black jeans and think that you can get away with it, they will send you to walmart to buy pants. And Ladies, no capri shorts or 3/4 length pants. It's either pants or a skirt/dress. But all they do is look at you and say you need to change this and the worst I heard was a guy dyed his hair blond and they told him to dye it back. Just follow the guidelines and don't think you can get around it.
    They will figure it out.

Just look good and have fun!!!!

for guys, is a tie required, or is a suit + shirt enough?

what about suit colors? is black mandatory? I was thinking of bringing only my summer suit which is grey (maybe a little shiney, like light blue)?

    What do you think?

You dont need to wear a tie, just a shirt is fine. I don't think they mind about the colours either, as long as they aren't crazy or anything.

    Yes....No Elvis outfits please! Hehe

And if you want to wear a tie, then wear one! As I always say, it doesn't matter what anyone else is wearing, so long as you feel comfortable (and it conforms with Disney Look of course ;)) I love standing out, so if I look different, that's a bonus ;) I will however be wearing what I normally wear to the F2F interviews...with a slight variation on the shirt haha.
