There's actually between 3 or 4 hidden ickeys in the boat ride. There is one make with pots. Other one is a shadow casted by a statue. I think there is one beside the pyramid and also one in the volcano's smoke, but I never actually figured it out.
The volcanoe's smoke is the one I was talking about... I saw it! Tried to take a picture but could never time it right.
We never got to go on the boat ride because we went quite late at night and they would not let us on, we had to be residents of one of the disney hotels. So i did not get to go on it, but maybe next year!

So how do you know if you've found all the hidden Mickeys? And if it's really a Mickey you're seeing or you're just going crazy lol. And how many are there? I think I remember hearing here's over 500 or something!!
i always remember seeing the hidden mickey in its a small world...and found out later its a hard one to stop ( the one in/near the hot air balloon). there is a book like disneygibbs says, and wdw allow the author to come back and search for the new ones every so often. i want to buy that book when im next there as it looks good. the most obvious hidden mickeys are on the drain covers in the parks and resorts.
