Ha a new countdown has begun!

 

I hate this waiting... wouldn't like Yummy's jobs though!

Wish they could just send out saying whether or not we have got in, and let us know our role later... but I suppose they has their ways!
This wait didn't seem so bad last year somehow....

I wish I didn't live in fear of my inbox.... :S

Buttttttt least they dont send out like emails one by one as they decide or we'd all be getting them different days and panicking, or at least i hope they dont do it like that..lol x

 

In 2008 they sent out all the acceptance emails for the first 2 departure dates on a Wednesday and then I had to wait til Thursday to get mine for the last departure date! So half the people on the forum knew and the other half didnt!

 

I hope thats not the case, im the last departure date and i want to know now.
I need something to cheer me up because ive just dropped my blackberry down the toilet and dont know if its going to survive. Have to wait at least 48 hours for it to completly dry and im not covered by insurance. I so need some good news now!.

 

lol im available from may 25th but i think they put me down for the june1st start date =P i dont mind waiting im just gunna check on friday i reckon x

 

I put my name down for the first date so if it does work that way then i should hear first. Which would be cool but also scary because i want everyone to find out at the same time. lol

 

My availabitly was only for the 20th June...
considering they said that date had limited spaces and that im not too confident on my interview then im trying to prepare myself for the rejection email, but obviously hoping that i get accepted. all i have been doing is thinking about it and checking my emails all the time :/ i hope the emails come early in the week so we know hopefully the good news =]

Kristen/Yummy Jobs told me all Canadians are going on the first departure date and that was the only date they were offering the Canadians, so I doubt the Brits are going then.

 

I reckon D/Day will either be Wednesday or Friday.

Oh the Brits (me) got offered 2nd May, 25th May, 2nd June, and i think the 25th June

 

I am sooooo hoping its Wednesday I dont think I can wait until Friday all I do is sit on my laptop all day on here and checking my mail, whilst checking my phone every 5 mins to make sure I have signal haha ohh dearrr !! And the last date was June 20th x

Ah she wrote down 2nd of June on my sheet. 2nd of june - 20th August

 

She told me that the first May one was only being offered to Canadians! I know, because I have a competition the last week of May that I've now backed out of because she told me Canadians wouldn't be offered any other dates!

 

At my F2F I said I wanted the 2nd may departure date and Chloe said it was fine and that they needed more people for that date as it wasn't that popular

 

yummyjobs are coming to my uni tomoz...i shud just ask them if i got the job or not. lol x

 

yeah do that and tell them 2 hurry up with our emails! lol

 

I have a slight suspicion that we may here tomorrow!

What with the Christmas holidays approaching, how great a Christmas pressie would that be if we got in!? Mind you, with the ratio of applicants this year (and the fact I can only travel on the last date 20th June) I don't think my prospects are high!
