that sounds so much like disney store! Only in our place the overtime isn't up for grabs by anyone, they allocate, so u can generally tell wen u r in favour with management or not!

They post the OT in the cast services hallway, so anyone can pick it up...if nobody does...then it gets given to the low man on the totum pole. So if you want some extra cash, check the postings! I only ever picked up one I think...I loved my days off instead.

Yep...you'll figure out whether you want to work 5 or 6 days, or if you want to spend that day in the parks or at the pool or on a road trip to the beach pretty quickly!!!
