I SAID I WAS SCARED TO PACK...IM PLANNIG WHAT I LIKE TO CALL "MY FAREWELL TOUR" I LOVE ROAD TRIPS AND BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE FRIENDS IN 5 DIFFERENT CITIES SO FAR.......SO IM GONNA BE DOING A LOT OF VISITS BEFORE I LEAVE MY COUNTRY!

AND 1 WEEK PRIOR MY DEPARTURE IM HAVING LOTS OF EVENTS I DONT WANT TO MISS!

 

OMG!!!!!! I got my pack today!!! (well yesterday, it was under the front door and no one ever uses that door) I just keep reading it over and over!! Seriously, I am so excited I don't know what to do with my self!!!

Tracey and Brian!!! I haven't talked to you guys forever!!! How you been? Going crazy over your packages too?? I have been working like crazy at the big W, can't wait to leave there.


I can't believe its only 41 DAYS!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know: today I had my visa appointment, and everything turned out really great. I will go pick it up later this afternoon. I'm really happy because for me this makes my Disney trip official!!!!!!!

Hahahaha I know! I dunno what you guys have there but its working... 6 friends of mine have all been there to study or work and they all came back soooo happy and wanting to stay more they say its a really cool country. With very interesting people, and with a lot of people from all over the world, which I love hahahaha.


Not to mention that my cousins went there and loooooved it!

 

Good lord I've missed so much on these boards, life's crazy in WDW ... very little time for reading this thing.

So here's the deal: I interviewed back in March and was given a hired status but no start date for the Canadian Pavillion. In May Eric offered me a 5 month Visa and I've been working QS F&B in MGM since June, but I was still waiting for a Q1 start date. Wednesday this week I was re-interviewed at International Recruiting in the Casting Building in Downtown Disney (the Alice in Wondreland door knobs are adorable) and that afternoon Eric called me to offer me a start date of Dec 5th (one day after my Birthday btw). Soooo ... this Friday (Nov 10th) I will be flying home (Saskatoon SK) for just over 3 weeks and then back on a plane Dec 5th to work for the Mouse again until July 13th (no, not a fll year ... long story, love Eric for it).

Looking forward to moving into the Commons, been in Chatham Square the last few months (tons of fun) ... leaving a ton of stuff with one of my friends on the College Program since she'll be here till Jan ... no point in hauling a bunch of stuff onto a plane twice.

Looking forward to meeting some more Canadians and Internationals ... spent the last few months being the (for the most part) token Canadian among my friends (Brazillians, Mexicans, Americans, Puerto Ricans, Perusians, Chinese, Japanese ... I love the International thing, you will too new arrivals!).
