that the 10:45 flight from gatwick with virgin atlantic has changed depature time slightly
i just been on vas website and checked my booking at its been ammended as following
Outbound: London to Orlando

From: London (LGW)
To: Orlando (MCO)

Flight Number: VS027

Cabin: Economy lowest Flight Date:
Tue 04 Dec


Flight Time (24h):
Depart: 11:15 (local time)
Arrive: 15:40 (local time

so we now depart at 11:15 instead!

 

also...
the bloody flight i bought was £242 and now its £187 talk about gutted!
so if u havent got ur flight an wana go on this one i advise to book now!

Yup, ive just got that amended itinerary of STA travel-im still getting to the airport at 6 am just so i dont get causght in any tedious security checks

Yeah for sure, flights a bit later now so its a good time. I think someone else booked to go on that flight yesterday as well whos doing the disney program because my friend is a flight attendant for virgin and she looked it up.

I hope theres a lot of parties and stuff when we get there because i am a christmas freak!! and it'll be weird not to celebrate christmas!

are you brining your own duvet? i thought we just bought a duvet cover? god don't know where im gonna pack that!!! were you given a checklist of what to bring, i haven't heard much at all.

 

no we werent given a checklist, but from all the messages on the boards and previous posts u find out loads. i already have bought my duvet an that as they dont provide it and for some reason theyre not a big thing in the us they have blankets and stuff instead!

 

What are you actually gonna pack a duvet in your suitcase? i may have to take 3 suitcases.

lol will have to try that, i have already counted my stuff i am brining 18 pairs of shoes and 51 tops my mum is not a happy bunny, but i said id hate to get out there and regret not brining something!

 

Just a tip for you guys and girls who don't know what to pack....Just think about it this way, things in the US are really cheap and their dollar is soaring right now. Basically, don't try to buy too much before leaving, just bring money to buy it over there. You don't really need to bring a duvet with you, just easier to buy one upon arriving in Disney. For myself i have the luxary of being able to drive, it's 31 hours but i'm doing it anyhow. Whatever i already own that i can bring which can save me a few dollars, i will bring because i have more room to bring things. But things that i want there which i don't already own....i'm gonna wait to buy out there because it's cheaper.

 

i already bought a duvet oh well!.. but im takin to cases and they cant be iver 23kg so i need light stuff in there too i still reckon il have quite alot of room!
i so wana start packing does that sound really sad??

I totally understand what your saying about not bringing too much stuff, but i have a lot of stuff lol and it'll really annoy me if i can't bring what i want even though ill blatantly buy loads over there. Had an arguement with virgin yesterday they told me i was not allowed to bring 3 large cases, i suggested id take one on as hand luggage they were not amused.

Yeah i wanna start packing too! i know im going to get so stressed when i start doing it though! so definitely gonna start early so much to do!! x x

 

Has anyone going out on december 4th recieved their info packs and job confirmation letters that they said inthe recent Diosney email that we would be getting

Apart from anything, i want to know what type of shoes i need to bring for work-amongst other stuff

 

ive only recieed the pack that we got when we were told we'd been accepted. Got nothing else through haven't even been told to book visa interview yet, yummy jobs said they'd contact me at the end of october x
