nah it toally sucks for me likes, im one of the unlucky ones that people think im older than what i am ... not by much, but they add on a few years, gets kinda annoying after a while!!
Well I've been thought of being older than I am my entire night as my sisters 30 this year and I look older than her but never mind. I just give up. When I was 18 I was allowed in to Pleasure Island as 21 and now I get ID in this country. Maybe I'm gradually looking younger, or people just feel sorry for me and so keep asking for my age to make me feel better.
everyone always thinks im like 18/19 quite good coz im actually 24 in a weeks time so wen im 40 hopefully il still look 5 years younger than i am! tis a good idea about having age limits, but would be soooo hard to set up as meg said, would cause problems unless people were prewarned they might need id in the parks
" sir, this is the tower of terror, not the royal carrosel. i need to see 2 pieces of government issued photo identification and then need you to sign a waiver in the presence of a notary, then you have a physical, and finally we'll need a letter from your familyt doctor saying he thinks it would be ok if you did this."
First of all, I would say that in today's world of communication, reports of death can get out to the world much easier than they did before. When I was WDW, email and the internet was still brand new. I think I have only one email address in my leaving book. Ya really, when you think about...internet and emailing has only really been around (mainstream) for about a decade. And digital cameras...and the ability to instantly send images? This is all new too...No had a digicam when I worked at WDW. We took pictures, and had to have them developed at Walgreens. When I was there, a man was found dead in the water next to Planet Hollywood. That never got out to the public. What about when a female castmember got stabbed and then kidnapped backstage at Epcot right outside of costuming? That happened when I was there too. No one knows because to keep "magic" in the minds of the public, Disney has to hide this information. My god, when you call 911 you dont get Orlando dispatch...you get WDW dispatch. I am in no way saying this is a conspiracy, and I don't think Disney is doing anything wrong at all. Unless WDW themselves are responsible for any crimes, death, or injuries, I don't think the public HAS to know about it. If of course these people died because of a malfunction or a careless cast member, yes, the public should know. As for questioning if people are taking more risks...well, WDW DOES have more 'risky' rides than they did before... Mission Space and the Rockin Roller Coaster are WAY different than anything WDW had before.... but WDW has to compete with the competition, and create more 'adult' rides...seriously, you can only sell Its A Small World for a certain length of time, before people want some excitement. So no, people aren't taking more risks with their health...there are just more risky rides for them to take! Anyways, that's my 2 cents.
