my botswana roomie was asked what it felt like to wear shoes, how it felt to sleep inside ad my persoal fave it must be nice wearing clothes - all by americans

theres a cm thread somewhere call things stupoid american guests say and some fo the things are outragous

for me the ebst was a kid doing a project:
kid: what countries make the uk?
    me: which do you think?
kid: england, irish, britain, um um um france?
    me: uh no

mind you some of the uk people (esp english) were just as bad
guest: looks at name badge - hey your from wales?
    me: yup
guest: why u in england then if your from wales?
    me: its the uk
guest: i know, so why are you here?
me: cos the uk is wales, england, n.ireland and scotland
guest: yeah but why are you here?
me: ask my parents *muttered darkly under my breath as i walk away*

yeah guests can me sooo rude and ignorant! on a day off i went to EPCOT and was hanging out outside the Mexican pavilion when i overheard an American woman pointing excitedly at the Aztec pyramid and exclaiming "Oh look! We're in Egypt now!" --- FAIL! :-\

I was also asked if I had internet and telephones back home (I'm from Mexico ;D ) and why i don't wear a sombrero every day... mind you, this was my temporary American roommate at Vista Way, she also slept with a massive kitchen knife under her pillow... ???

on the ship i was asked what time it was..... i told the guest it was 7:00am..... the guest then told me off and asked... "Why is the sun not out?"

I always enjoyed the "so when do you guys put the cover over?" when it rained at Epcot... surely you don't get that stupid one on the boat hahaha.
Oh god... "what language do you speak in England?" - I still can't believe idiots asked that. At least the kids had a bit of an excuse!!!

haha we got that in Canada all the time. The people drinking around the world would want us to sign their kidcot stuff.. and say "Write something in Canadian!!" i usually rolled my eyes and just wrote something in french, but it got annoying.
My favorite from my Uk roommate was a guest went up to her and asked her if was going to be raining when she was in France.

I also used to get a lot Americans asking if we lived in Igloos and had pet Beavers. Sometimes i'd lie and talk it up, was kind of fun sometimes!
The classic for Canada is when they come up and obnoxiously say "Eh?" after every other word. Not very original. I used to say call out "B".

I think one of my favourites is:
"Can your write my name in your language?"
    "Um sure, what's your name?"
    "Sophie"
    Hi Sophie
    "There you go"
...and then came the strange look

I'm sure Park had funnier stories, I think they had more ridiculous questions over in F&B

HAHA my roommate complained of that ALLL the time!

And how Americans would ask for two fish and chips.. and in the Uk i understand it's like the middle finger here.. and some cast members would get really offended.

See the Americans didn't piss me off as much as those damn Brazilian groups!! If i get back.. i don't know what i'm going to do when i have to deal with them again. I ALWAYS lost my patience with them. They always expected you to know how to speak their stupid language!! ughhhhh! they were soo rude! Always telling me to give them things.. used to trick them into buying the more expensive beers.. it made me laugh. If you're going to get mad at me because i can't speak portugese.. then i will trick into paying an extra 3$ for your beer.

I only really had that on Kidcot. And I wouldn't give a passport or mask back until someone said thank you anyways so I got most of them saying thank you. Probably could have got termed for that but manners cost nothing!

Round my area its "2 fish & chips please thankyou" And then once your given it you say thankyou again... XD The west midlands is so strange =/

Not a Disney story but it relates to what your all talking about, I had an american customer come into the restaurant the other night, and they were just like, Gahhhh, They ordered a hot pudding, So i called for service and sent it off hot, only to have it sent back saying it was to hot, so I let it cool down sent it, to cold, by this point that pudding was ruined, made another, and it was apparently to hot again, then she asked to see me, I went out to her and just insulted me! Saying what kind of a chef was I if I couldnt get it right! All I could think was It's a hot pudding what do you want from me D=

That's ridiculous! Couldn't she have, you know, let it cool down herself? What was she expecting when she asked for it to be hot?! ::)

omg arrgghhh the s.american groups!!!! nightmare - beware the menace in the illuminous shirts and flags grrr. Soooo rude and obnoxious.

and yes projectile on the range was my lasses name:

Basically - I really liked going to Cowboys, trying to line dance and juist hanging. One night I was mindig my own business and this older dude comes up to me hes like about 50 or something. Next thing I know hes grabbed me and is kissig me urghhhhh so thats the range bit

projectile is cos well on my second sky dive we did it over the grand canyon - i threw up during it cos i have severe motion sickness (cat go in circles and we backflipped about 10 times) so yeah thats the projectile as in projectile vomit :p classy name huh? lol

I quite liked my lasses name - some of the lasses names were a bit naff - some people didnt have any stories so they got stuck with a wishy washy name that didnt mean aything or have a story.

lads and lasses - sometimes after you meet with other countries, sometimes you meet up togetehr at an appt and sometimes you go to a club/bars after :)

sky diving is awesome - ive done it twice - i am planning on going again but this time i will take motion sickness pills before hand - it took me about 3 hours to recover after the last one - luckily i didnt throw up in the free fall and the instructor had a sick bag on him for me to use lmao
