as a general rule your pay cheque is going to be something like $100 a week, after they take out rent, tax, insurence etc etc etc

if your in a non tipped role your hourly rate is higher than those in a tipped role, and there are different rates of pay for some other roles (for example, assignor) but your rent is going to be around $90 - $110 a week, so by the time they take that out your not going to be left with much more than 100 bucks, sometimes less......

if im honest i never ever looked at my weekly pay after i got into a tipped role, i used to live off my cash tips and didnt ever need to use the money from my pay cheque....

I stayed on podium/assignor for 7 months before server and my pay check could range from $50 up to around $350 (when i was assignor) it depends on how many er's you take (early releases = finish your shift early). If you work 6 days you get extra, if you work over i think 40hrs you get extra, if your assignor you earn more. an avergae check for me tho was about $160 after rent has come out. I would sepdn $10 on phone card, $40 on food $10 on phone top up (it was $30 a month about) so after all that i had around $100 a week.

In merch they had shorter shifts and more time off - i know my mate would average around $120 a week

HRC has different pay scales and they also pay different amounts for accomodation as well - so not sure what their pay is like

In service my pay check (not incl cash tips) was around $300 a week which was grat and mainly because i worked mostly 6 day weeks on doubles/mids

Hey Sorry it took me a while, as some other people said at first when you're non-tipped its a big rough with money (for me it was!) I couldn't afford my 50 dollar phone. However i also have tons of friends who were on podium their whole contract, or in merch or attractions and they saved lots, had cars, went on many trips and did a lot of other cool things. Once you're tipped I never even looked at my pay cheques, i just thought of it as paying my housing, and then lived off cash always, which you can make tons of depending what country you're in and what position. Serving in Canada? It works out pretty well!
I don't remember exactly my pay cheques... sorry!

It honestly pretty much depends on the # of visas they can get.
