I think it's nylons or stockings. I remember my roommate having to wear them. No socks.

From what I can remember, if you have to wear a skirt, you have black shoes and stockings. I know some girls wore small socks over her feet and then her stockings. My German roomie did that.

I miss it more than I thought I would. I was so happy to come home, but within a few days I was wondering what the hell I was doing at home. I could have extended. The managers wanted me too. Ohwell I don't regret it... no point regretting it. Have the time of your life. Do everything you can. I never made it to Sea World or Mickey's Retreat... kept talking about going... never quite made it... I have an excuse to come back now!!

Dee thats so cool they offered to let you extend! in an ideal world id want them to extend me for 2 months then i could still travel the last month!

Mickey's Retreat is a cast activities area. It's right on Little Lake Bryan between the Commons and Chatham Square. You will go past it every day on the bus. They have pools, canoeing, a beach (don't go in the water, there are gators in there), a pavilion.... that's all I can remember, there's lots of stuff though. Someone actually got married there while I was there. If you want to lay down on a beach but don't have a car to get to a "real" one, go there. My Norwegian roomie was always going there.

I didn't travel a whole lot. I went to NYC with a friend and lots and lots of day trips to the beaches. I did go home 2 times I loved living so close, only a 2 hour flight and I was still in the same timezone! I didn't get to go on the cruise though that sucked. Definitely go if you can. It's so cheap for employees.

Thats nice u got to go home Diana - im psyched up not to go home as its so far for me! But if i get homesick i will head for NYC i was on exchange in upstate new york last yr so both upstate and the city feel like a second home to me.

i wanna go on the cruise too Lindsey. I know its an option for after the year is done. sounds like a lot of work tho...

You can't work on the cruise until you are done your contract, but you can take the cruise after 3 months. If you can get the time off (which usually isn't hard to do), go for it! Normally it costs over a $1000 per person, but cast get it for about $300, depending on the cruise.

Anyway, thanks for the posting.

Hey Goldytap: Kidcot is , i dont know for sure, part of Attractions or Merch. And it is bascially a table , with different material, for kids to do masks. So each showcase have got their special decorations, and it is a way to keep kids happy. They can get bored easily.

Hey Marie : Thanks for saying that they are nice. I hope so too. I will just to adjust to the rules. For the first time in my life :'( , but it is time I do so.

Hi Lindsay, I will be flying out from GLasgow hopefully in June for defo so we will probably be in the same arrival group. I cant wait!!!!! ;D

I would love to do the cruise as well.

I guess we'll be working closely probably in the wee tartan shop seeing as we are both scottish and there at the same time!!

Yeah cruise will be fun! $300 sounds really good value!

Carol - they rotate everyone round all the shops every hr! Which is good cos i have a short attention span!
