Circle of life 5K Join me and James!

Good luck Nykki! I went for a 5km run today but I waited until it cooled down after dinner, so I made the mistake of running on a nearly full stomach and having to outrun the mosquitoes on my sideroad!

I am certainly not used to this hot weather, I started running in September, so basically as long as it wasn't pouring rain or snowing, any weather was running weather.....now being back in southern Ontario (not to mention Florida in 6 weeks) I have to plan my workouts better, it's just to hot otherwise!
