heya mauro, we will def have to cheer everyone on together!! we should make a big banner to support everyone and take lots of pics!! ;D hehe i will def come watch u in the marathon too as im already having to support my mum and sister on that one!! i wasnt brave enough to commit to the full marathon so sticking to the half! lol but im sure ull be great if u can already do 17k with no worries!! x x

Char fox---We should get together for runs in orlando. I am pretty sure we will find a great route to train in¡¡¡ And we are obviously going to be there with banners and everything needed to support our arrivals.

and everyone training for the 5k is totally invited to come ¡¡¡

Runing along with someone is a great way to force yourself to do better.

It's just really fatty ice cream... kind of like Hagen Daaz. I used to love Hagen Daaz chocolate chip cookie dough. Now I try to avoid it

Oh god yeah! I only ever get it when it's half price at sommerfield ha ha!

 

You get discount on it at the gas station outside Vista! Though I'm not sure if this only applies to Vista ID's, but I'm sure you can wangle it some how!

We used to eat pints of it in the pavilion all in one go... great training for the Kitchen Sink! It might be bad for you, but when you're working 14 hour days you need sugar! You soon work it off in Disney.

Wow... that is one impressive bowl (well, sink) of ice cream! I couldn't see it on myspace, but I used google images... WOW.

There were 10 of us eating it once and we couldn't even finish it...probably didn't help that we ate beforehand.
