Wen - We actually had an italian working in the shops in America with us a couple of days ago. She was so nice and I wish she could have stayed with us.  :) Oooh I love chicken strips, I'll have to get some from the Electric Umbrella. I used to be a vegetarian but gave up on that because I wanted chicken strips sooo bad!  :D
Thanks, I'm having an ok time with my new job. But honestly, I've never felt so lonely in all my life. I'm feeling quite sad actually.  :'( It's so hard moving away to another state and not really having any friends. I miss my best friend and my mom soooo much.

Nam - That's terrible! I hope everything works out and you all get to come to Florida soon!  :)

Ciao Nam! I have been so busy with work, sorry I haven't had a chance to respond. Today is my day off and I have tomorrow off too. My schedule kept changing and it was making me crazy! I was supposed to go to "Discovery Day" (a tour of Epcot) a long time ago but my schedule changed. It's something you have to do before you work and now I'm going to be going to "Discovery Day" about a month after my first day!  :D I'm doing that on September 11th.

Oh that's terrible that your departure date is being postponed! Hopefully you will all come here soon! Do you know around what date you all will be coming to Orlando or no?

I work in merchandise...so I work in the store called the Manor, in the kiosk, the carts, and in Kidcot (my favorite!)
The first couple of days were SO hard! It has been really really hot and I almost fainted the other day and yesterday I hurt my toe! It's difficult being away from my family and friends but now I'm starting to make friends in my area (America). It's getting so much better and I love meeting people from all over. I've met people from the US, England, Ireland, Spain, Mexico, France, Germany, Italy, Venezuela. Everywhere! And I haven't been working that long!

My favorite place to work is Kidcot because I get to play with the kids and talk with them and their parents. We did the hula hoop and I play trivia games with them and help them make masks. It's a lot of fun. Yesterday I met an Italian family and I attempted to speak with them. I was terrible!  :D
The carts are hard to work at because it gets SO hot and you have to stand out there for a long time! The kiosk area is ok but can get a bit lonely in the mornings when no one is in the park.
The manor is the main store where we sell a lot of American merchandise and it got so hot in there yesterday that the chocolate in the store melted!

Yesterday we had an italian girl working with us, Francesca. She is so nice and I tried to speak italian with her. haha! :D She sometimes works in America and sometimes Italy. I want to keep her in America with us!  :)
I've also met another italian and he was really nice. We talked at the bus stop and on the bus. I know his name but I don't even want to try to spell it! haha!
The italians are very friendly!  :)

I move into my apartment tomorrow! I can't wait. It's absolutely lovely. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen, a living room, and a sunroom. It's very close to Disney. You all are welcome anytime! :)

I hope everything works out for all the italians soon!  ;D I would be very upset if that happened to me, I can imagine your frustration.

    Lindsey
