I'd like to see Steven Curtis Chapman narrate the candlelight processional, I saw he was on the list for last year too, so maybe he's a regular?

Yeah, I heard about the leaked plans for Fantasyland and Toon Town too, it sounds like it's going to be majorly revamped... though Shayna will be pleased to hear, I think the Barnstormer is staying, but maybe with a different theme. I am excited to see what it'll be like! And Princess Aurora rocks! She deserves her own attraction!

I can't say I saw Katie Holmes on So you think you can dance, but I do believe she did not do a very good job in Batman Begins... Maggie Gyllenhal was much better!

There will be no more Toontown! My heart is breaking! I will be an extinct Disney species!!! And where are Mickey and his gang going to live?!

And... having a whole pixie hollow is dumb... and two dumbos is weird, but everything else I can get on board with!

I am excited though about the Monsters Inc rollercoaster going in at Hollywood studios!!! Hooray!

p.s. Matt Princess Aurora is wonderful in the movie, but I think her dress and crown need a revamp! ;)

I'm glad they're not touching Philhar! I love that ride!!!

Shanan one thing thats great about them changing fantasyland and making is bigger is there will be more room for awesome picture-taking opportunities!!!! ;D

Shay, I wouldn't so much consider yourself an extict species! More so that you're special because you were once a Toonie! Soon, not many more people will be able to say that, so that just makes you unique! When you're old and telling stories to your grand kids, you can be all "in my day, I was known as a Toonie! A mythical creature some say... but let me tell you, they were the coolest of the bunch!" ;) It's like dinosaurs - they may not roam the Earth anymore... but they're FRIGGIN COOL! Maybe they'll even put a wax figure of you in a museum somewhere? :D "Name: Shayna. Species: Toonie"

Dumbo x 2... yeah... a bit much... but I can see the need when the line-up for that ride is very often an hour or so :-\ The plans were preliminary, so as far as we know, they may very well keep it to one, and turn the spot of the other one into a Dumbo merch store :D Heck, I'd buy a Dumbo plush! He's cute!

I actually didn't even think of the photo ops!! It'll be fab!! K, they should have it done like now, because I'll even dress up as a pixie with wicked awesome wings and do stupid pictures all over Pixie Hollow - make good use of that space at least! :D Meh, even if it's done when we're 40, I'll still be the weirdo that dresses up :D ... but then again I'm not going to do well if I have to wait for this until I'm 40!

The Barnstormer is def staying, but if that's becoming a part of Fantasyland, I presume some sort of re-theming will happen... then again, I may be wrong! I can't really picture what that area will look like with the houses gone... :'( I'll just invite Mickey and the gang to come live with me, and then we'll become BFF's, and they'll give free park passes for life! Yes, I like that plan.

As for Batman, The Dark Knight trumps Batman Begins on just about every level! Next one comes out in 2011 - woohoo!

lol! I hope I end up in a museum! :D

I'm excited and not at the same time about Fantasyland! I love it the way it is, but it does need an upgrade! But yes, picture ops will be endless! And i'm totes down for costumes! lol! DUmbo is busy like mad, I just think it'd be weird having two! It's like it's not Dumbo anymore... cause there's two, it's not as magical and special!

Well I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of Disney die-hards are writing into Imagineering giving their two cents on the plan that's circulating, which, as far as we know, probably won't be the exact plan that ends up in the park! I suppose their thinking is that when a family has to wait for an attraction for so long when it's a couple minutes in length, they might be able to make the experience more magical by cutting down the wait time somehow, thereby allowing more time to maybe visit a character, catch the parade, etc. I remember even in '06 the number of people that would complain to me about the line up for that ride (and Peter Pan lol)! Especially because so many of the riders for that attraction are young kids - and they get really antsy after a while in line, and so you get the screaming, the kicking, etc (oh boy!). So it's hard to say what they'll do. I can see their reasoning, and given that Disney has never built an attraction without taking into account the "magic" aspect of things, I can only trust that if it's two Dumbos that they put in - they'll put them together in such a way that it just works! Don't doubt those imagineers, they wouldn't do it if it didn't feel right ;)

It's true Lefou! I would trust my life in the hands of an Imagineer. I was watching Jeopardy and it was Kid's week a few weeks ago, and one of the kids said he wanted to be an imagineer! Can't remember if he won, but I was rooting for him!

I agree with you Shayna that the dress and crown that Princess Aurora wears when she's in the parks isn't the greatest. Maybe it's the one she uses so that it doesn't get all dirty, you know kid's with their Mickey Premium bars and their itzakadoozies, they get that stuff everywhere! I think they should make her a silky version of her dress and it would be amazing!

Shayna, it's not a great ride... it's a wonderful ATTRACTION ;) I love the smell of apple pie!

I want to fill my room with plush dolls, and then I could literally jump into my room and fall asleep on a bed of Disney dolls! haha
