Well depending on you they all have their positives and of course Negatives.
Let's start with P-Cart... I loves it because I was outside and you have freedom to joke and play with the guests a lot more interaction...
Greeting/Seating... Very Slack, lots of time to "fold napkins" lol not very hard to do, however it can get a little boring...
Stocking, hard work you are always moving and doing things, however shifts fly by because you are constantly busy...
Food Running... I pretty much LOVE LOVE LOVE food running. It's so fast paced and you get interaction with the servers and the kitchen and the tips are AWESOME.
Serving... My next fav... The tips are amazing. The guest interaction is awesome. You meet people from around the world and I had a great time joking and having fun in the kitchen with other servers and the kitchen staff. Sure it gets busy and sometimes overwhelming, not everyone is cut out for it, however i found it was just the natural progression of working at LeCellier. Eventually for most people... not everyone the tips, and the change of roles is pretty much a thing that just happens when you want it to.

Each one of those positions are all very rewarding they are all whatever you choose to make them!!!

yeah, shorts are no longer an option for girls anywhere in the pavillion, pants are only allowed for the le cellier costume. On the plus side though, you dont have to wear pantyhose anymore!

Thanks Ashley. Im sure it will all be very fun.

I have to try not to think about it too much otherwise i cant get it off my mind. Really looking forward to meeting new friends from different areas of the globe, as well as Canada of course.
2 of my fellow classmates also got hired along with me... which makes for some fun conversation.

and great Ashley, looking forward to it!!

Since you two have experience with the program already, did either of you use a mobile phone while you were down there? For various reasons including a small business operation i have involvement in i will need a cell down there, just curious as to what the rates are like and things.

there are a gazillion phone options. I had 5 different ones while there (2 different plans...5 phones. I lost, broke and threw them out my accident). A lot of people get Metro PCS pay and talk phones because they are cheap and easy. I had a sprint blackberry most of my program on a contract and then just told them I moved to Canada when my program ended and didn't have to pay any fee for getting out of the contract that way. If you're doing business on your phone you'll probably want a better one, if it's just calls and texts you can get a cheaper one. It's just like in Canada except their plans seemed to be cheaper
