Be Our Guest is booked solid through to June, I'm pretty sure. However! At lunch it's a quick service, which means you CAN'T make reservations. Walk-ins only! That would be your best bet for getting in, unless you REALLY only want to go for the table service supper.

 

Im going to Florida from the 21st to january 5th, but we stay in Sarasota, which is about 1h30 - 2 hours away from disney! But since we're driving there from Montreal, we're going to take the car one day and drive to Magic Kingdom! We haven't decided when yet, but it'll either be right after christmas, or right after New Years! We were going to get Park hoppers and try to do all 4 in one day, but I'm DYING to spend time in Fantasyland, so we decided on MK...

As for Be Our Guest, I figured they were booked for a while, but I had NO idea it was until JUNE! That's crazy!
I'll still try to get there for lunch though (and hopefully still be able to try the grey stuff... I hear it's delicious...)

 

Yes, I know the Florida area well We used to rent property in St. Pete's, and know we technically own property on Disney property!

June might be a bit of an exaggeration, but it's booked from now until 179 days from now. It's new and popular, so as soon as people get into the 180 window they reserve ASAP.

 

@DisneySparkles: I know it's not all retail there, but I would just prefer to work in a park. Don't get me wrong, Downtown Disney is gorgeous, it's just a personal preference thing.

hey guys! had my phone interview this morning. and guess what. my application had been deleted!!! kristen told me that out of the hundreds and hundreds of applications they recieved, mine was the ONLY one that was accidently deleted. so thats why it took so long for my phone interview lol just my luck eh. the interview went well...6 and a half minutes. it was pretty much her reading questions off of a piece of paper and me responding with answers i had written down lol. she said face-to-faces would be end of january and that she would be letting me know within the next 2-3 weeks. im so glad that she realized my application was deleted and resubmitted it and let me have my chance to be interviewed!

 

That's terrible! You must've freaked out hahaha, at least Kristen realized and resubmitted it! Glad it went well!

 

Very excited to say that I got my email today and I will be going to the next set of interviews. I'm very happy about it! Yay!

True, my heart dropped after I checked my emails, but I'm just telling myself not to be ridiculous and be patient!
Do you guys know when where your interviews will be? (what did the e-mail say? I'm sure you were both stoked!)

I got my email too! I asked for the January 28th interview in Toronto because I'll have to fly from Vancouver, so that way I can travel on the weekend and only miss one day of classes. I'm so excited that so many of us have been put through! It has been 3 weeks to the day since my interview; they are on the ball at Disney

 

I'm thinking of attending that one, too, for the same reasons! (I'm flying in from the other coast) But I have to wait and see if I can or not, because I might have other stuff going on. If so, I'll go to the one in Montreal.

 

Has anyone (who had their interview more recently) heard back yet?

 

I plan to attend the one on the 28th as well, since I don't have class on mondays.
