Booking my own flight...

I'm 23rd Sept! So a month after you Cinders! We don't have staples, but a Rymans, i might go bug them and get them to do it!

 

i fly out may 6th, goin hopefully from gatwick and really wanna get a direct flight! and amy, jus do wat i did if ur gettin confused bout the faxing one, email it back to michele and she can do it for u, atleast u know that way its done and its done properly!x

 

Haha, I just remember you saying on the other boards that you and your bf were both doing the program and when you said it on here too I thought it was you! ;D

 

All fax machines can send faxes anywhere, but not everybody is willing to do it internationally. I had to go a lot of places and finally found a place where I had pay $4 per page to send a fax to france and orlando...

Quick question about flights, I'm trying to book mine this week for December 2nd so that it's done and out of the way. Should I be booking a single ticket or a return, and if it's a return should it be a special open ended one as I'm not sure where I'll be at the end of my programme, I'm hoping to travel for a bit.

id just book a single ticket because with the other one you might hav a bit too much messin about, lettin the airline know when you'll be flyin home and you could even change your mind and stay for a longer/shorter period than what you first anticipated,,,,thats what i think anyway :-\ i wanted to travel but then found out the other day that because im only doin the programme for 7months i might be aloud to stay for the whole year, dependin on if theres room for me. so rather than me book a flight home for november 28th im jus gonna wait and see because i could end up stayin till mid december or even next may, too much hassle doin it the other way hehe x

 

Most often it's waaaay more cheap, some times half the price, with a return ticket. Even if you're not going to actually use it, it'll save you lots of money!

I checked prices for me some weeks ago, a one way ticket would've cost me $2000 and a return one would cost $1000!

 

in my case it's the other way round... i paid for my flight 459€ , for a return ticket i would have paid 1300€ or more...
so it depends
