Not that I know of, and you're not allowed to hang things outside your apartment either (we even got told off for having a bow on our door for Christmas! Haha they said it was our first warning, these people know nothing, we'd had like 4 warnings for things before then, so we didn't take it down...it was a bow for goodness sake) I didn't do much washing while I was there. I spent so much time in my costume and pyjamas there wasn't a need. It's only when you have 30 hours and are not at work much that you wear more of your own clothes.
You could just do your washing before work if 60mins really bothers you that much! Or just hang your clothes on hangers around the apt.
There'll also be days that you're not working but can't be bothered to go anywhere, or you day will be taken up by just going to Walmart LOL. Good days to do washing Or live in your costume....no washing required!
washing days sound like more fun at vista!! What better way to bond than doing your laundry together....
When you're on the ICP you'll pretty much live in your costume anyway. Got to love 45+ hour plus weeks That, your swimming costume and pyjamas. And there's a spare cupboard in the living room of vista apartments which turned out to be really useful for drying clothes!
