Hugely excited, and luckily I'm a final year student so I have tonnes of work to distract me from the waiting game. I did the ICP in 2009 so I know how long the wait can be..

Hi everyone, ok so updated list again. I know of people that have posted in other forums or are on facebook but haven't posted in this thread (I think) so I haven't put them in as I think its best they introduce themselves in here before I put them in, just incase they don't want to be in the thread. Also, if I have put up your username it is because you haven't (as far I seen) given your name, so I am just using that, but if you want it changed let me know. Also, there will be a few names that come up more than once, i.e. Emma, Vicki, but they are all different people. Finally, if I have missed anyone out, let me know and Ill stick you in, or you can do it. Ok so here we are...

I think all the Emmas should start using their surname's initial as well, because that might ease the confusion! (that's what my fellow Emmas and I used to do in school )

aha theres always 3 emmas, everywhere! there was 3 in my school, 3 at my college and now three here! You guys only go around in trios I swear you do.


Aha on a different note, had the most awkward haircut ever today. Chit chatting to the hairdresser, mention that I had an interview for butlins, and then she says that she applied but didnt get through, I was like aww im sorry, she asked what I applied for, I mention mostly kitchen assistant, but I'm going for chef, kitchen assistant and bar staff. Just my luck, she applied for that as well. Oh the awkwardness.

 

All done, just need another initial for the 3rd Emma

 

I think parents were really unimaginative for about 10 years around the late 80s-early 90s, because there really are SO MANY Emmas my age!

I just noticed your signature has Rascal Flatts lyrics in it and I wanted to say that I approve

 

yeah there was honestly about 6 Emma's in my year at school!....its kind of nice to be the only Emma in my office at work!

how is the waiting game going Rob? Its driving me insane as we've been really quiet in work so its all i can think about!

 

I know i think about everyday, not so much how long it is till we find out, more what I would do over there, I know I shouldn't but you can't help your mind wandering At least as of 2mor we are in to Feb so 4 weeks today applications close

 

4 weeks sounds like forever!

There is no harm in being optimisticand thinking about being out there! After all it will only make you more determined to get through the process!

I am 17 at the moment, but will be 18 at the end of June this year, and Yummy Jobs told me I will be OK to apply now, so I'm pretty sure you will be OK... There is no harm in trying though

 

Hi Becky the best thing to do is to contact Yummy Jobs either by phone or email they are very nice and always reply. They will tell you when the best time to apply is.

 

Definitely. And my middle name is Rebecca which is really popular too . My parent's are so dull .




Four weeks needs to hurry up

 

Hey guys
not been on here for a week or so,
Really trying to put it to the back of my mind til we find out.
This forums just make me stupidly excited about re-applying, and i know theres a chance they wont even give me a phone interview, so trying to not be too excited.

On a different exciting note, i am going on holidayyy to florida in May, and we are looking again to book another one for late september/early oct, as Oct 1st this year is 40 years of Magic Kingdom, so should be funn

I'm going to WDW in March (for the 14th time ...), so I'm getting excited for that! Less than 2 months to go, yay
With the original timescale for applications, I'd have known if I were going on the CRP by the time I went, and I loved that idea because it meant that if I got it, I'd be even more excited than usual knowing that I'd be living there soon(ish)! Oh well, it's WDW, can't complain

Besides that, I'm thinking I should probably start my three dissertations. Not fun.
