Anyone for June 20th?

hey! welcome as well!

what airline are you flying with? i leave from toronto on air canada and arrive in orlando around 1:00!

 

Less than two weeks, kids! Is everyone excited as I am?

 

Im so excited...I can't wait. We are gonna have a blast in Florida and on our flight down.

Only 9 days!!!

 

Eeeeeeeeeee! Its crazy close now, can't wait. Im finding it really hard to contain my excitement these days. See everyone real soon some even sooner. Those of us meeting in Montreal where are we meeting not sure if that was ever established or not, let me know. I know Jei and I are there befor 7 and Jordan shortly after. What time to you get in Brodie?

Yeah I think me and Brodie get in a minute apart...

I thought we were meeting at the baggage claim area but I'm not sure it was discussed.

Once I get my bags I'm heading straight to customs to make sure I get my visa and have plenty of time!

Remember I'll be the guy coming in from Calgary with golden ears on

 

I don't know that I'll be wearing my mickey ears... however, I'll be wearing a Red Ottawa Sens tshirt so you'll probably find me easily enough anyway.
Must get pack to packing.

Ooh..and since the Montreal crew arrives at the same time, are we going to be heading to Walmart that day? I know I'll need to because I need some sheets so Im just wondering what everyone else is planning on doing that day.

 

Baggage claim sounds like a good place to me...I too want to get to customs as soon as possible and get the visa and have time to relax.


@ Jie Im up for walmamrt Im going to try to pack sheets and those type things but I'll need food and cleaning supplies, so a trip to walamrt once we get our rooms and what not sounds great to me.

 

A. Baggage claim in Montreal isn't a very large area
B. Ok ... I must be mising something. I've never flown inernationally by myself so that might explain it but ... are we supposed to pick up our luggage and check it again?!? Is in just for domestic that they transfer?
C. Anyone flying through Toronto on West Jet I get in around 6:30 am and I'm heading straight for the departure gate. Sorry ... I think I'm a little to paranoid to wait anywhere else.

 

i know you had to get your luggage in toronto and take it with you through, and after you get your visa etc you put it back on the belt (they may check it).

i get in around 7:30am on air canada. i am going straight through to make sure i don't have any problems with my visa. then i'm going to find my gate because otherwise i will also get paranoid! but mara, i'll come find you at your hate if you'd like at some point!! and i know josh is flying through toronto too around the same time as us!

And baggige claim probably works best with all of us arriving within 30 min of each other... by the time me and Brodie get down there Jei and Christine will probably just be getting their bags anyway.

 

yah, if you and Brodie get there while I'm just getting my bags, I might as well wait seeing as how we're all on the next flight together.

 

yeah I think that's probably easiest, and you may not even have your bags by the time we get down there depending on delays and such.

 

My guess is we will still be waiting for our bags or will have just got them. If Jei and I do get anxious and go on though customs we will meet you guys at the gate. We will each have someone to go through customs with. But Im pretty sure we will just be getting our luggage when the boys show up.

 

As am I, as am I... unless my plane is really really delayed I think we should go through customs together, especially with our possible Visa issues on the H2B program... a few of us together might help

 

I was thinking the same thing....Jordan Im a little concerned about our visa, I can just picture it being more streeful than Jei and Brodie....they will be through in no time and we will be standing there while they figure ours out.

 

yeah and I think just becuase of that it'll be a benefit if we go through at the same time or close to the same time, it probably will help things move along a little faster...
