Anybody else feel...overwhelmed?

I've work at Alnwick Castle which is a major tourism attraction in the North East, and my job there is very much about communication between me and the visitors, so i'm guessing that probably helped me. Prior to that i worked at a hotel. But anything which is an example of providing customer service, care or whatever you want too call it will help.

 

I have absolutly no merch and f+b experience, they accepted my CV with just Tele sales and webdesign experience, i just had my phone interveiw today.x
