hehe well a friend just came back from Germany and she gave me some german chocolate so i´ve got it right here!! muahuahuaa (evil laugh hehe) kidding! bring whatever you want it will be nice anyway!....i'd like to meet somebody from Italy to have someone to practice on with as you and also learn more if its possible hehehe...

 

Hello and welcome!!!! yay,another one to add to the arrival group! BEST ARRIVAL GROUP EVER!!!! yes,i do love my music - i dont play in a band tho (i wish i did,but i cant sing or play anything!!) what kind of band are you in,you sing?? ;D

 

I'm flying from London gatwick on the 24th at 11:40 with virgin. anyone else going from gatwick? Can't wait to meet you all and the arrival dinner sounds great! just working like crazy trying to get money together and remembering stuff to pack!

 

hehe I think it would be kinda hard to pass security check at the airport if I brought beer... Would be empty on arrival anyway ;D but I'll sure be able to bring chocolate. By the way I'll work in F&B in which positions will you guys work?
Its pretty hard to say in which kind of band I play. well after all it's a Rock band but we have kind of our own style: some Rock-punk-metal-pop-grunge mixture. oh i play guitar, bass and i also sing (we're still rooking for a regular bass-player and better singer) 8)

 

heyyy!!!! more peopleee yeiiii!!!!!! welcome ekeith!! what's your name?, is it keith or another one?....there are some people from UK round here so you won't probably travel alone....i think the same as kerry this is the best arrival group ever!!!! a very cool mixture of people!!!

eddie, that's a shame (the beer thing hehe) but it was a joke anyways...we'll have to visit Germany in order to taste some good beer there hehe....i'll be working in attractions and by the time we arrive there, the ride is going to be recently new! they're changing it right now so will be great!..you guys will have to go! and it's sooo cool that you play and also sing in a band i'm a huge music fan too, however as Kerry i can sing neither play anything but i'm glad we've got some artists in our arrival group!!!

 

I am working in attractions in the Canadian Pavillion, Kerry I have to say I also love your taste in movie, I have so many of those bands on cd or on my laptop. As for our arrivals band ( i can not sing nor play any "real" insturment but perhaps I could play the triangle or bang a tambourine in the back and eddie I am very excited about the Chocolate!!!!

 

i can be the backing dancer for the band ;D i can throw some shapes while you are all singing!!!

yeahhh!!! im not a good singer (i wish but im not ) or a musician but i love danging!!!! so i could be with kerry supporting the band haha

 

I call lead singer! And let's name the group "The 24's." Or something along those lines..

 

ah cool im gunna make us neon all in one spandex suits. real men wear spandex. hahahah

 

haha ok master i'm gonna keep that in mind for our karate customes (you know what i mean haha).... heyyy the 24's hahaha sounds good, could be!! we're gonna be the attraction of all parties! hahaha (especially guys wearing those spandex suits haha)

 

sorry just wanted to say, someone said you will have a tiny closet, but if you are in the commons you will most likely have a huge walk in closet that has ur lockers etc in...

I dunno if thats in ALL Commons apartments but in all of the one I was in anyway!

Hehe, I used to play the keyboard, but that was loooooong ago, and picture our band wearing spandex and me playing Turkey in the Straw or Chinese chopsticks...I rather watch our spandex friends

 

So we should already start to plan on our first tour I think Orlando, Miami and the keys would be fine. Maybe during springbrake 8).
eeeeeh but we still need to talk about this spandex suits thing ???
"Arpil 24" would be a nice bandname. Sounds a bit like Sum 41, Blink 182 ore plus 44

haha eddie that was exactly what i was gonna say before!!! that if we would be "the 24's" it will sound such as plus 44 or blink 182!!! haha i swear i thought the same but i didnt post it hehe... hey sounds great all those road trips to miami, the keys. etc, im definitely in!!!! not sure if they could be done during the first week because of the training and all the stuff, but we have 12 monthsss!!!....but what its a fact during our first week its our welcome group dinner!!!!!!! yeiiii cant waittt seriously!!!

 

We were getting a little low on the forum so I thought I'd bump us back up. Clearly we're the best group so we should be on top.

Have any of you gotten together with each other yet? I'm going to the movies with Beth on Wednesday and I'm so excited! It makes me feel like Disney is so much closer.

yeahh allan!!! we should keep this up because we´re a soooo cool arrival group haha... i really wish i could meet somebody else from our arrival group, however its hard for now tho because we dont live in the same city, we live a bit far from each other, however i've been in touch with some of my partners by msn, skype or phone and they're great!!! im really excited about meeting all of you guys and i hope we can do some stuff together there as the cool arrival group we seem to be here!!
