Oh Sara, this is murder. I never thought it would be like this. I just thought 'oh well, it can't be that bad', but I was soooooo wrong, lol :. I'm off work tomorrow so i'm gonna be looking out for the postman all day. I'm sure i'll spot the bright yellow card in his hand from a mile away! .
Me and a mate have booked to go to Disneyland Paris for my Birthday in January. If I don't get the job, at least i've got this to look forward to. I'll be spending my Birthday with the beautiful backdrop of Sleeping Beauty Castle (of course I would rather it be Cinderella Castle, but money's a bit tight and all).

I think you guys are probably right over the card coming from Yummy jobs. it does make more sense particulary as it will be them calling us. I can't imagine how hard it must be for all you guys who interviewed in London as im already anxious and ive only had 6 days wait so far! I hope all you guys are successful.

i know dan tell me about it. its worse being at home and waiting, trust me every phone call, every sound i think its mickey trying to send me some kinda sign ;D i have 2 act silly or ill crack!!
aww that'll b nice for ur birthday as well, well 4 my birthday if successful will b spent in florida, hopefully with u guys, and it'll b my 21st as well excitement! oh well if i dont get in have that 2 celebrate with family and friends.

Wow, spending your Birthday in FL would be great. If it wasn't a work day, then I think a trip to Magic Kingdom would be a must. That's where i'd go for mine, then end the day with Illuminations at Epcot. Oh, i'm getting all jittery inside. I need to stop thinking ahead and face reality. Stop it Dan! :

Just got in from work and still no news!!!!!

To clarify the yellow card situation - we get the card whatever. Theyll either tick the 'no thanks' box or the 'youre being considered' box which means you either have a job and yummy will call in the next few weeks or youll receive a letter from yummy saying youre on the waiting list.

So, if you get the yellow card in the mail dont panic - it doesnt mean youre not in!!! Of course when we do receive the yellow card OF COURSE we're going to panic!!!! It'll be like holding our future in our hands - literally!!!!

The wait is so agonising - however long ago you interviewed!!!! It sems like so long ago, but its not even been two weeks yet!!!

Dan - Im so jealous youre going to Disneyland Paris!!! No fair!!!!

PS I just have to say how impressed I am that Matts managed to stay away from these boards for so long!!!! Nobody else managed!!! Hopefully its keeping him sane - unlike us!!!

yeah it would b amazin if i did get in, and spent my day at disney and not working, altho either way would be great, but would make me very homesick not being with loved ones on the day bein my 21st but ho hum hopefully i will have 2 cross that bridge in the near future!!

Is gonna be a total nightmare!!!! If I remember correctly, the cards are only sealed with a little sticker holding it together aswell so people could probably peek inside it too!!!

Id so love to have a birthday at Disney!!1 If I was working it would have to be a late shift so I could see illuminations and then head to PI to party!!!!!

ooo yeah a party @ PI now that sounds good, ive always wanted 2 go there for a 'proper' night out everytime ive been to WDW but obviously i had never hit the magic age of 21! so where better to celebrate your 21st ey?

 

I spent ages in the Disney store after work today!!!! Theres so much I want to buy from there!!! I love all the Xmas beanies!!!

Dan - that offer is so tempting!! Would be cool if we could all head over to DLP together but am so broke its not even funny!!!

Sara - Im def up for celebrating your 21st at PI!! Ill buy you your first legal drink!!! (I know I shouldnt be planning when we dont even know if we;re going but am so up for it!!!!)

Thinking about the card situation, no matter how long it takes to open it, the result is gonna be the same! I think i'll just rip open and look as fast as I can to get it over with. There's no point in torturing ourselves (easier said than done)  
Partying at PI sounds great Michelle. I was too young when I went :'( but not anymore  

 

so we get the card....... then more waiting!!!!!!!!! i dont mind waiting if they have ticket booked for me to go over, but not more waiting to know please **** breaks down finally :'(*****

Im always gonna be too young for PI! Sitting at home with a can of coke for me! maybe pop a bit of red bull in if im dangerous!

 

Dan - am so glad Im over 21 as have never been able to party properly at PI before. have been there but only to walk around and see what was there!!!!

Andy - Im sure youll have fun - but dont go too mad on the Red Bull!! That stuff affects me more than alcohol!!!
