Heh, true. It seems they're happy as long as they've got enough people to run the pavilions. Trying to get as much poeople to arrive at the same time, I'm guessing. Personally, I'd go straight away if they told me that was my only chance, but I think I'll wait until April if I can choose. Got some stuff that needs doing before I leave, as I will be gone several years when I leave the country. Gonna see the world And for that you need money... money I'm guessing I won't make from working for the mouse
I think so... not sure tho. Did it online via the internationalservices homepage, and I think they have this "Upload picture" option. Why?
I had a bit of a similar experience. I was looking at my friend Kyle's photos of his time as a CR. It looked fun, so I googled the program and realised alls I had to do to apply was send my cv off. So I did, directly to Disney, and they responded in their usual really enthusiastic and positive way, saying I sounded great and they'd forward my details onto Yummy. I emailed Yummy myself anyway, and promptly forgot about it all. Then in June I got the email offering my a telephone interview- I'd COMPLETELY forgotten that I even applied!! And that's when I started getting properly excited for this whole thing! It will be the most random thing ever if I get it
I experienced just the same thing as you, Aladdin ;D I found out about the program last friday, then emailed my cv&pic on sunday evening, and received an email from Disney (International Services) monday morning. Still a little stunned, and not exactly adjusted to the thought of going to Florida, nor going through a phone interview; I got a call from Disney 10 minutes later. The talk went well; "You'll make a perfect cultural representative! You seem to love your country!" Woah! Can't believe I'm going to Oslo in, let me see, 8 days!! You're also attending on saturday, right?
