Whoooooa! $6 for a large pizza?!?! Nice! I'd say weight gain is pretty common when you move to a new place. I know mostly of people moving to Europe from North America or Australia and pretty much all of them had put on weight. It just happens, lots of new food you want to try, new pubs you want to go to, etc. I'm a bit of a gym rat, but I'm pumped for being able to do stuff outdoors!! Do the Commons have bikes we can use? ~ Jen
...and some rootbeer, mmmmm, sweeet rootbeer ;D and some Lays or Ruffles..... eeeeh, and Oreo's, can't forget Oreo's....
It's hard to hit the gym in the morning when you have to work at 10, so have to take the bus at like 9 and have been up until 4 the night before!!! I'm not a morning person, nor a fan of the gym, so there was no way I was getting up before work!!! But good on ya if you do! Shan
my workout when im gonna be there is he pool - thats pretty much all i can be bothered to do, which is bad cos i reakon when im older ill put on all the weight that i dont have any more lol ;D
I think for the first 6 months of my program, I must have lived on Oreos and Milk, every night after work! Until I wised up and decided to cut back a little (ahem) Dan
