both avis and budget are for disney emploees under 21. budget is far better. both are lookated at down down disney, at different resorst there. i think avis is at the hilton, and budget is at the doubble three. if you want to rent convertibles, go to budget, the only convertible they have is the mustang. avis got a lot of "shity" cars as well..
