i said more than 30 people. There is a good 100 people in f&b. Wouldnt know about merch-aside from one or two people, merch and f&b didnt seem to socialise to much. Dont know why

Id say about 75 to 100 in f and b and maybe 50 in merch.

Think about it this way-there are normally about 20-30 servers on the payroll, and about 40 ppl to man the chippy, seat the diners, run the beer cart, stock assign and so on-plus they always have more than they really need (beware the allure of the additional day of or early release from work, it seems nice until you get your pay check for that week)

Throw ins always get broken up, and yes it gets pretty ridiculous. ... sometimes people are naked and running around...

The part on being accepted back, im told that if you get termed by disney, youre done. BUT if you get termed by HOUSING, youre fine to come back. thats just heresay, but i did make it a whole year watching people get termed for silly things, and offensive things, bt overall, its just not a good idea to tempt it

quite often when the managers were going to term someone, they would let them know and give them the opportunity to quit-it looks far better than being fired.

I think that was just our managers though

If you get termed by housing, you can't go back to housing which = no more college programs!

the insistance that you stayed at housing always confused me-dont get me wrong, i liked where i lived, but what would be the big problem with letting people find an apartment of their own if they had wanted

When Disney signs your visa, they're taking responsiblity for you in the country. If you screw up, Disney's ass is on the line. So they keep you in housing where they have SOME tabs on what you're up to. It's like they're your legal guardian when you're there.
